Story
Reina is a sweet girl who loves to run and play. She is an indoor girly but loves being outside with company. She needs a little bit of training but knows commands like sit, paw, lay, and roll for a treat of course, she is very food motivated. She’s good with kids but tends to knock them over sometimes with her big self as she tries to kiss them (needs training). She likes other dogs and loves to socialize. She doesn’t bite cats but will try to play with them. She would do vey well in a home with attention and love.

Story
Loving, sweet, and extremely smart Aussie/German Shorthair Mix Needs New Home!! Scout is a half Australian Shepherd, half German Shorthair Pointer. He’s super smart, energetic, and affectionate young adult who has been living his best life on an acreage. We found him on the side of the road and have managed to give him a good life as long as we could. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen lifestyle shift and pregnancy, we can no longer give him the life he deserves. Temperament: Extremely Intelligent, loving, and faithful. Lifestyle: Loves to exercise but can cuddle on the couch with you all day also! Needs: A home with some room to run and/or someone who lives a more active lifestyle. Ideal Home: An active owner or family who can provide daily exercise and mental stimulation. A home with a large yard, acreage, or access to outdoor space.

Mutt Boxer

Female, Adult
Davenport, FL
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
I adopted her from a rescue in Louisiana, along with her brother. The shelter reported that they were both abused and were malnourished when we adopted. They had the strongest bond and are the sweetest babies. Amber is 5 years old now, loves to cuddle and play. She is skittish around my toddlers, so I recommend a home with older children or no children. She has always been fine with her brother but no longer gets along with him so I am unsure if she will get along with other dogs. I have never seen issues with others before. She is very loving and needs a nurturing environment where her confidence can grow.

Entlebucher Mutt

Female, Adult
Davenport, FL
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Hallie is a sweet 3 year old girl and loves attention. She would do best as an only pet. She did great with our other dog since they grew up together, but she has always terrorized the cats and has not gotten along with any other dogs. She is great with older kids, but can be anxious around small children. She just really wants to be loved. We have a younger child that I dont feel comfortable leaving them alone together and it means she gets crated a lot, which is not fair to her. She loves to run around and loves to snuggle.

Cove

Labrador Retriever Great Dane

Female, Puppy
Davenport, FL
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Cove is such a sweet, playful puppy and has been a blessing to our family. Another friendly dog in the home is a bonus :). She’s a shy girl by nature but once she is comfortable she is the sweetest (and biggest) lapdog. She’s house trained, crate trained, leash trained, dog and cat friendly, and knows her basic obedience. She is eager to learn, though in typical Great Dane fashion she is a very mellow girl, especially for her age. After a walk she is happy to sit with her Kong and take a nap. She loves her trips to PetSmart and being able to people watch and rides in the car calmly. She’s a smart girl with so much potential and I will be selective to ensure she goes to a loving home!
