Honcho is a great American Bully. He was sent to a trainer for training for 2 weeks. I hate to give him up, but I am traveling too much and it's not fair to him. He is a loving dog and has been around other big and small dogs. Never has shown any aggression.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.ADOPTION PENDINGDuke is a dog who wants to devote himself to his human. Almost every single day either Duke's foster mom or foster dad says, 'Duke is a really good dog!' - because he is! Please be sure to check out the video clip below. He is a well behaved, good looking fellow. Duke has been in his foster home for several months now and his disposition has been exemplary. Although he is definitely into lizards and squirrels his recall is amazingly good and he will run to you and sit down right in front of you. Most often he has a happy grin on his face. He also crates very well as long as there's a promise of at least a small treat for him when he goes in. His crate is where he has his meals and sleeps at night. House training has been excellent from day one. Duke is moderate energy but really needs a fenced yard and he could jump a 4 ft fence easily. He does like to run but also enjoys just lying about surveying his property and watching for the squirrels and lizards! He loves affection and, although he doesn't pester or beg for it, he's ready anytime you are! Duke is wonderful at just curling up next to you on the couch, content to be at your side. He has done well with numerous dogs in his foster home but does better with females and would be just fine as an only dog.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 26, 2024, 7:45 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. His tail wags 24/7. Deacon is a little guy at just 20 lbs and he weighed much less than that when he was found wandering in Georgia. He's got a hearty appetite despite missing almost all of his teeth. In his foster home he is with several other dogs and gets along well with everyone. Deacon appears to be house trained and loves his doggie bed and does well in a crate too. He actually prefers sleeping in a dog bed to sleeping in bed with a human, and he's not particularly comfortable with being picked up. Deacon is heartworm negative and his bloodwork came back looking great. His heart and lungs sounded good and we moved forward with his neuter surgery and a good dental. His coat was so devitalized and he was so itchy that we also gave him a Cytopoint injection and now his coat and skin are looking so much better. Lack of care and poor nutrition are a thing of the past for this happy guy. He is a healthy senior and ready for his forever family.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 26, 2024, 7:45 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Captain is a leisurely, lazy kind of guy, and he is gentle and affectionate. He will readily approach strangers with a gentle wag of his tail and a sweet expression on his face. Captain loves to sit on furniture, but he's a good listener and will get down when asked to. He loves car rides and loves his harness being put on because he knows he's going for a car ride. He's interested in other dogs, but not a fan of puppies and a little scared of cats. He LOVED the 8 year old boy in his MS foster home and would sit and let him read to him. Captain has been treated for heartworms and did very well. We have discovered however that he has cataracts in both eyes and his vision is extremely limited. After clearing him with a cardiology consult, we have scheduled him for  cataract surgery. He should regain normal vision in both eyes! Stay tuned for updates and videos!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 26, 2024, 7:45 pm
