Story
Meet Ben - a sweet, loving Chiweenie looking for the right home.Ben is an affectionate, playful little guy who loves cuddling on the couch, burrowing under blankets in bed, and giving lots of kisses. He enjoys car rides, does great at vet visits, and has a fun, loving personality that makes people fall in love with him quickly.Unfortunately, after a lot of thought and research, I've realized that Ben and his littermate brother need to be separated. They have started fighting over toys, food, treats, and attention, which can happen with littermate syndrome as dogs mature. Ben is not aggressive toward people at all, but the tension between the two dogs has continued to grow, and separating them is what's best for both of them.Ben would do best in a home where he can get individual attention and continue building confidence on his own. He does chase cats, so a home without cats would likely be the best fit. This decision has been incredibly difficult because he truly is a loving dog.

Story
My dog is a wonderful dog, I’ve had her for 12 years unfortunately I can no longer keep up. She deserves a loving home. She does have arthritis her back legs, does use her stairs to get on the couch/bed and a hernia on her stomach, which does not need operation. She is caught up with all of her vaccines, neutered. She’ll be very much missed, but I feel like I’m doing her a disservice service by keeping her as it is expensive and I am working more hours and she’s not getting the love and attention she deserves. This is a very challenging decision for me, but I need to put her first.

Story
Meet Ranger! A sweet 1-year-old Great Pyrenees/Pit Bull mix looking for his perfect home.At around 70 pounds, he’s the perfect mix of playful adventure buddy and affectionate cuddle companion. He loves being around people, enjoys exploring outside, and will happily spend time hunting lizards outside before coming inside to relax with his humans. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, house trained, and knows all basic commands. He’s very intelligent and eager to please, which makes him highly trainable and capable of learning much more. He already has great manners like sitting patiently before meals and does well on the leash the majority of the time. He does okay in the crate but would rather have the space to roam. One of his best qualities is his temperament. He has always been loving and gentle with people, does well with kids, and has never shown aggression towards any human or animal. He would thrive with an owner or family who can give him the time and attention he deserves.
