Story
Hiya, I'm Hero, here to swoop in and save you from the problem of not having a dog. I was transferred in from Palm Beach County ACC and now I'm looking for my furever home! I've been waiting a while, ever since September of 2023, so I'm really hoping I won't have to wait much longer. I'm looking for a very nice family who's willing to give me what I need to thrive, as I am in need of some more training. I'm moderate energy and only about 45lbs, so I shouldn't get in your way too much, though I do love my scratchies. I can be a tad shy at first and I haven't learned sharing yet, so I would prefer no kids in my home. I do, however, happen to be pretty good with other dogs as long as they're nice to me, and I'm super clean. Even when I'm sharing my room with other dogs, our space is usually very clean in the morning. I think with a little guidance and love I would be the best dog ever. So if you're holding out for a Hero, come fly by and say hi! <3

Story
I'm Serena, rescued by the compassionate folks at Big Dog Ranch Rescue when a kind-hearted individual found me homeless and alone. Bursting with energy, I thrive in the company of new people, and while I enjoy playdates with other dogs, I can be a tad selective about my companions. My fairly strong prey drive means I'm not the best match for a household with cats or small animals. Ideally, I'd love to join an adult-only family or one with older kids, particularly with an experienced dog owner who understands the needs of a high-energy pup like me. A spacious yard for running and playing is my dream come true, and I'd thrive in a bustling household with energy that matches my own. Ongoing training, especially for jumping and chewing, is on my to-do list, but I'm almost a pro at potty-training. Leashed walks and playtime with toys are some of my favorite pastimes. Ready to embark on adventures with me?

Story
Hi! My name is Lainey! I was rescued from Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control. Unfortunately, something happened to my leg before my rescue, and the doctor decided that it would be best for me to have my bad leg amputated. I have been adjusting well to my new life as a tri-pawd, and I'm finally ready to go home. I can be a bit nervous when you first meet me, but I have plenty of love in me that can come out with a little patience. I can't go as far as other dogs on three legs, so I would prefer a slower paced lifestyle, preferably with just grown-ups around so that I can open up at my own pace. Around the other doggies, I prefer to be in charge, so I need to be introduced properly to any potential friends. If you've got a nice couch or bed I can come home and sleep on, I would love to say hello!
