Story
Meet Memphis!Memphis is about a year and a half and weighs in at 54lbs. He is a true Turtle Mountain Mix - maybe some Shepherd, Lab and a lot of other breeds. His coat is sleek black with white on his chest and feet. He also has a little white on his nose which gives him a very unique look. He has the cutest ears - one is fully erect and one kinda floppy. He is a very lovable boy that will follow his foster parents around the house, but he is still nervous and shy with strangers. This is true both when visitors come to the house and while out for a walk.He is kennel and house trained and will now sprint into his kennel at the prospect of a treat. He sleeps through the night and knows which toys are for him to chew on - little insider tip: he loves hard chews like antlers, Nylabones and Benebones. Memphis gets along great with other dogs; he plays with the Lab mix in his foster home and also with the smaller dog at the neighbor’s. He has learned to respect the cats in his foster home and not pester them too much other than follow them around the house if the opportunity presents itself.Memphis walks very nice on the leash except when he gets nervous about something unfamiliar and scary to him. Then he will pull toward home which is his safe place. He is very food motivated and takes treats gently. He has zero aggression issues around feeding or otherwise and is very quiet. To date, his foster parents have not heard him bark.Memphis had a chance to go camping with his foster family and he did great sleeping in a tent and spending lots of time in the great outdoors. He is also starting to like car rides - he now eagerly climbs in the car and settles right away.Memphis is neutered and UTD on his vaccinations, including rabies.Give this lovely boy a chance to be your family’s companion and you will fall head over heels for him!

Jonesy is a super sweet one year old. She loves all people and does great with other dogs, big and little. She is housetrained and rings a bell when she wants to go out. Jonesy is a tripod but doesn’t let that slow her down. She loves the snow and chasing squirrels. Jonesy still has some puppy in her; her zoomies are pretty epic! She can be very silly and loves to throw the ball up in the air and play catch with herself. Jonesy has been spayed and is UTD on vaccinations.

He is great with children and loves a good cuddle. His safe place is his kennel, and he enjoys going there to decompress on his own. Rowan enjoys a good romp in the snow before doing his favorite thing - giving you a great big French kiss! Rowan considers himself to be quite the athlete and would love someone to play endless rounds of fetch with him.
