Story
This is Amelia. We love her very much, but after a lot of thought, we've realized we can no longer provide the environment she needs to thrive. Amelia struggles with separation anxiety and can be reactive around strangers, often barking excessively and occasionally lunging or nipping when she's scared or overwhelmed. She has never seriously bitten anyone, and with people she knows and trusts she is incredibly loving, loyal, and affectionate. Since welcoming our baby into the family, we've had to honestly evaluate what is safest and best for everyone—including Amelia. She deserves a calm, patient home with someone who has the time, experience, and ability to continue working with her. Our goal is to find her a family that understands her needs and can give her the happy, stable life she deserves.

Story
Hi, I’m Creed! I’m a handsome fella with a big heart, a goofy personality, and a whole lot of love to give. My foster family says I’m beautiful inside and out, and I have to agree. My favorite place to be is wherever my people are. I’m gentle, affectionate, and love to cuddle. At bedtime, I’ll happily snooze by your feet all night. I have a nice, balanced energy level and enjoy walks, runs, car rides, playing with toys, and playing with other dogs. I walk well on a leash, and I’m a smart boy, too! I know sit, shake, and down; I’m house-trained, and I’ve proven I can be trusted to free roam while my foster family is away. I can be a little unsure when meeting someone new, so I appreciate having a moment to make sure everything is safe. Once I trust you, though, I’m incredibly loyal, loving, and maybe just a little bit of a lovable bulldozer when I get excited. If you’re looking for a sweet, goofy companion who can join you on adventures and cuddle up with you afterward, I just might be your guy! Love, Creed

Story
Mama Maud is currently caring for 12 pups! She is believed to be about a year old and is such a sweet, respectful, obedient, loving dog who does great with cats and other dogs. She even passes other dogs and people on walks like they don’t exist! Yet she LOVES all people, especially little kids!! Even though she was a very hungry stray, she is respectful when humans are eating and she will sit nicely. Maud is very calm and quickly stops barking in the yard with a “leave it” or verbal direction. She respects boundaries of furniture if you have them. She also has fast and quick recall. Mama Maud just wants to lay around and be with her humans. Her personality may come out a little more when she’s done being mama as well, but she is already a GEM!
