Rosie is a fun-loving dog. Loves to play fetch and run in the backyard, knows tons of commands. Wags her whole body when getting attention. Currently do not have the space to have her with the other animals with the smaller dogs, cats and the neighbor’s horses. As she recently picked up resource guarding within the last year. With this she has been getting into fights with our other 2 small dogs. Wife believes it can’t be trained out of her but we do not have the time with our other responsibilities, so it would not be far to her to keep her as is. Would like to adopt her to someone or family that would love her and would be able to give her the space she needs, as she is a very good dog. She grew up with a 4-year-old. And they would lie and play together in the grass daily. My wife would teach her commands daily as a puppy.

This is Stevie, named after Stevie Nicks. Like her name sake, she is super chill. She is great with kids, cats, and other dogs. I have never seen her bite anyone and she rarely (if ever) barks. She would rather snuggle next to you on the floor, follow you to your bedroom so she can be near you, or ask you to gently pet her. She has been with my ex for almost a year, and he is unable to continue care for her. As a favor to my son I took her, but I am only allowed two pets (which I already had cats). Otherwise I would happily be her forever home. She has picked up some bad habits about not using the bathroom outside, but she used to be really good about that. She is 13 yo, but she will still climb stairs just to be near you at night. She is in desperate need of Tender Loving Care. She deserves to have a kind and loving family who can take her in and support her in her golden years. You’ll never find a more gentle or loving dog.
