Story
Someone dumped Honey hound dog and 4 others out by my house when it got in the dangerous negative weather. She’s little under a year old. We have paid to have her and her siblings fixed and updated on all shots. We can’t keep them due to all the animals we already have. She would not be good around smaller dogs or chickens. I am unsure about cats She is very sweet around all kids ages 2 to 17 is what I have and shes great with them. She is very sweet dog would make a great hunting dog with proper training or pet. She does bark to warn you when people pull up. Great with the other two bigger dogs her siblings and my great prynese but but doesn’t seem to like smaller dogs. Please give this sweet girl a chance.

Reba is a hound mix little under a year old.She was dumped by my house with siblings in negative weather. We took them in got them fixed and up to date on all shots but we can’t keep them. I have lots animals and kids and not alot of time to train her properly and give her enough time. She’s such a sweet girl willing to please. Walk great on a leash. Barks to let you know someone in driveway but will stop once you’re alerted. Great with kids of all ages. Great with big dogs I think smaller dogs too if she was worker with as well as cats. She goes in the chicken coop with me and listens doesn’t attack any of them. She’s been around goats, donkeys horses and cows and doesn’t run them. Please give this beautiful girl a chance.

Trixie

Chihuahua Pomeranian

Female, Adult
Columbia, MO
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Trixie is the definition of a pomchi....sassy, stubborn, independent, & energetic like a pomeranian; while being very loving, faithful, attentive, & calm like a chihuahua. She LOVES her plush toys and playing fetch with a mini tennis ball. She likes to be the center of attention, but will share space with another dog or cat if it's to her liking. She'd prefer an adult only home (or one with a preteen/teenager). She doesn't have issues with children (she loves them), but she is hyper alert so anyone in the house needs to be cognizant of how they approach, love on, or play with her. She doesn't like being surprised/startled and has been know to react negatively. She loves to go on walks and go to the dog park. She is young with lots of nervous energy and appreciates being able to play and run around. Trixie is a wonderful dog that will love her person with all of her heart. It may take her 3-4 months to warm up to you, but once she does it will have been worth the wait.

Story
Swirl is a whirlwind of a puppy! He likes to run and chase, but also tries to be gentle with everyone he meets. He's the big boy of his litter, but tends to let others boss him around so long as he's having fun. Swirl is also protective of his packmates, and just wants everyone to have a good time! Swirl has a very minor heart murmur. He does not need any medical intervention at this time, but he does need to watch his activity level and ensure he does engage in overly strenuous activities and frequently rests between play.
