Story
Meet Ginny! She's looking for a calm, medium to low energy home where she can enjoy peaceful walks and quiet time with her people. At about 4 years old, sweet Ginny still gets spurts of energy and would love some leisurely time outdoors! She can be a little sensitive to busy or noisy environments, so a quieter routine helps her feel her best. She is a true couch potato, who isn't able to go on strenuous hikes or runs due to having a wonky leg, that was injured previously. She has tested positive for heartworms and thrives in a home that can give her a loving and calm space while she finishes out treatment. If you are looking for a companion who would love to spend time with you as you binge your favorite series, she might be the one! The thing we love the most about Ginny is that she has a true, kind soul. She LOVES her people and will make your day with her kind demeanor and gentle snuggles. Some meet this amazing lady, she'll leave paw prints all over your heart!

Meet Seymour-the sweetest boy! He likes to sit, lie down, and SAVE THE WORLD FROM THE PLANT (especially when you have treats on hand). If you are looking for an absolute love bug and bundle of sweetness, Seymour might be the one for you! He’s always ready for a bit of fun, and his cheerful, affectionate personality is sure to brighten your day. While he already knows a lot, he’s still working on a few manners, but he’s a smart, eager-to-please dog who’s learning quickly. Seymour prefers a home without cats, he’d much rather keep his attention on his favorite humans and dog friends instead! If you’re looking for a loyal, joyful companion to share your life and adventures with, Seymour might just be the perfect match!

Story
Meet Hashbrown! This 1 year old hound mix tips the scales at 58 pounds of pure puppy energy and charm. With his soulful, human-like eyes and ears that don’t quite match his head size, Hashbrown has a one-of-a-kind look—and an even bigger heart. Hashbrown is a social butterfly in playgroups, where he shows off his goofy zoomies and love for other dogs. He’s currently working with our behavior team on leash manners and basic training, and he’s proving to be a quick learner. This “wiggle butt deluxe” would love a family who appreciates his quirks, his zest for life, and his endless capacity for love. Thanks to Waynesville Tire, his adoption fee is fully covered—so all you need to bring is your heart and a little extra space on the couch. Hashbrown is ready to make you laugh, keep you moving, and fill your home with joy. Could he be the one?

Story
Meet Cher! She has been an exceptional mother to her puppies and absolutely adores people. This sweet girl thrives on affection and would happily spend her entire day cuddling and giving kisses! From what we have seen, Cher has been indifferent towards other dogs and would need a slow introduction to other animals in the home. She truly deserves a loving, stable home where she can finally be spoiled and cared for! She picked up house training very quickly, though she is an energetic lady and will benefit from continued work on basic training! She is highly food motivated, which should make training a positive and rewarding experience. She would make a wonderful family companion! Submit an application for her today!

Story
Our sweet dog maple is our first baby and we are so sad to see her go. However as we brought our new born home we have found she does not do well with children. Maple is kind, silly, and the biggest snuggler in the world. While it breaks our heart to have to part with her we really desire her to go to someone who has time to take her for walks and give her the attention she deserves as we travel a lot for work as well. Maple has seizures that are often anxiety induced. They only happen before grooming appointments and vet visits. However she does have prescription medications for as needed cases. She does not require daily medication as these seizures are not a daily medical issue. We love her so much and really struggle to see her go. Maple would be a great fit for someone who does not have small children and has time to enjoy her for the gift she is. We really desire a good home for her.
