Visit our FAQ webpage for commonly asked questions about our adoption/foster process. Zeta Girl is a cautious yet friendly kitten. She is weary of new people and places, as most kittens are, and will take time to warm up. She is the last of her littermates to get adopted likely because she is shy. She loves to PLAY!  If you have a wand toy in your hand, she will most likely come to you immediately.  She really enjoys pets and chin scratches.   No belly rubs though.  She doesn't appreciate them. She does well with most kittens and some older cats but not dominant ones.  She would prefer a calmer cat companion.  She also does not care for dogs.  I think she is just scared of them.  She would love a home with another cat so she can truly blossom into a fantastic feline! If you are looking for a companion for your resident cat or one for yourself that gives personal space, she may be the right fit for you. Zeta is up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped and combo tested negative.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. Story
Meet Leo & Lily – The Purrfect Pair 🐾 Age: 1.5 years 🐾 Bonded Siblings – Must be Adopted Together Leo (female) – The Gentle Observer Leo is a quiet, reserved beauty who finds joy in the simple things—like making biscuits on her favorite blanket or watching the world from a sunny window. She’s a dedicated birdwatcher and will happily chirp along to the morning song outside. While she loves to nap near you, Leo values her personal space and can become overstimulated, occasionally giving a gentle nip when she’s had enough. She would do best in a calm home without young children or anyone who can’t respect her boundaries. Lily (male) – The Social Butterfly Lily is a playful, affectionate boy who adores company. He’ll happily follow you from room to room, chattering away and making sure he’s always involved in your day. He can entertain himself for hours with his toy fish but is equally happy to engage with you. Lily loves being the center of attention and will make sure you never feel lonely. While he’s not a fan of long cuddle sessions, he will tolerate being picked up for short periods. Together Leo and Lily balance each other beautifully—Leo brings calm and quiet charm, while Lily adds playfulness and chatter. They’re looking for a patient, loving home where they can continue to grow together. 📍 Best Home For Them: No young children Respectful, patient humans A window perch for birdwatching Plenty of playtime for Lily If you’re ready for a sweet mix of calm companionship and playful energy, Leo and Lily are ready to meet you! IMPORTANT: An application must be filled out and approved before we make special arrangements to meet a cat/kitten. Feral Today Friend Tomorrow adopts to homes that are best fit for the animals’ needs, not on a first-come, first-served basis. As all our foster cats are in private homes, we require an approved application before setting up a meet and greet. You can submit the application online

Story
Meet Suede – The Gentle Playmate 🐾 Personality & Quirks Suede is a sweet, gentle girl with a playful spirit. She adores batting around toys, chasing her favorite catnip treasures, and exploring at her own pace. While she has a shy side at first, with patience and kindness she’ll warm up and show her affectionate, curious nature. Backstory Suede came into our rescue with her siblings—Wilson, Griffin, and Tango—on a mission to find loving forever homes. Growing up in foster care has given her the chance to build confidence, learn good habits, and discover the joy of playtime. Special Notes Suede is litter box trained and enjoys the company of other cats. Catnip is her special treat, and it’s often the key to getting her playful side shining through. Why They Need You Suede needs a family who will give her the gentle encouragement she needs to blossom. In return, she’ll offer quiet companionship, moments of sweetness, and plenty of playful antics. Ideal Home for Suede would thrive in a home with another friendly cat or kitten to play with and help boost her confidence. A patient household that allows her to open up at her own pace will be rewarded with a gentle, loving companion. IMPORTANT: An application must be completed and approved before we can arrange a meeting with any cat or kitten. At Feral Today Friend Tomorrow, we place animals in homes that are the best fit for their individual needs, adoptions are not first-come, first-served. Story
Bennie is 8 years old and a very loving but anxious cat. He loves to cuddle, "watch his stories" aka look out the window, and play with wand toys. He also loves his belly rubbed like a dog! He is in need of a home that is very quiet and someone who is home often to give him attention. He has had traumatic past, previous owner got sick and they couldn't say goodbye. He is very sweet and deserves attention and love. I have a baby and he is stressed about this change. Due to our new loud family member he is currently taking anxiety medication to help him adjust. I want to make sure whoever adopts him is aware of this and willing to continue meds, if needed. I feel with the right home he will feel relaxed and not need this forever. It breaks my heart to find Bennie a new home but this change is causing him too much stress and I think he would do better in a home with no children.

Story
Meet Rusty Rusty is a stunning long-haired male—so chill, you might forget he lives with you... until his soft floofy tail brushes your hand. At around 2 years old (estimated), Rusty has a special knack for lounging beside you while you sleep or work, quietly offering companionship with zero expectations. Personality & Quirks Laid-back Lounger: Rusty is a couch potato extraordinaire—happy to chill anywhere you are. Toys? Not his thing—but calm conversation and the gentle hum of your presence? Perfect. Sensitive Soul: He's a bit skittish and may hide when things get loud. A peaceful home will help him feel secure Sweet Bed Buddy: This floof loves sleeping beside you, subtly reminding you that love comes in quiet purrs—not loud demands. Rusty’s Backstory Rusty’s life began in a manufacturing yard, where fate intervened when he fell into a rusty, rainwater-filled drum. Miraculously, he barely kept his head above water—and that's where rescuers found him, trembling but alive. Now, he’s ready for a home that’s calmer than comforts of rescue living. Why He Needs You (And Why You’ll Need Him) We hadn’t planned to rehome Rusty—he’s too gentle, too sweet—but life at the rescue, with new cats rotating daily, has become overwhelming for him. He yearns for peace and a serene space of his own. You’ll be giving him more than a home—you’ll be gifting him peace of mind. Rusty is bonded with his brother, Indy, and they must be adopted together. These two balance each other perfectly and find comfort in each other’s company. They are available only through a foster-to-adopt arrangement, so we can ensure the transition is smooth for everyone—especially them. Ideal Home For Rusty Quiet and Calm: A household without loud children, blaring TVs, or constant commotion. Patient & Peaceful Humans: Someone who speaks softly and offers gentle assurance. Consistent Routine: Will help him feel safe, seen, and valued. Bedside Presence: You snooze, he snoozes right next to you—no demands, just gentle warmth. If your idea of a perfect evening involves soft purrs and silent companionship, then Rusty is waiting to be your quiet confidant. Please reach out—your peaceful soul (and Rusty’s) may just find home in each other.
