Every question must be answered, and it must be signed.-Applicants must be 21+ years old and live within a 50-mile radius of our shelter at 22415 Groesbeck Hwy, Warren 48089.-You must identify at least 1 animal that you are interested in.Once your application is received, it will be assigned to one of our volunteer Adoption Counselors who will follow-up with the applicant who is the best fit within a few days, or to discuss other options. It could take up to a couple of weeks for you to receive a final disposition on your application so there is no need to check on the status.-Introductions will be scheduled by appointment only, 30 minutes per appointment. The entire household, including current dogs, must be present for the appointment. (Note: Please do not bring your dogs if you are meeting cats!). Lucy is a two year old gorgeous girl that came to the shelter with a few of her friends when their previous owners were unable to bring them on a move. Lucy was very shy at the shelter, and wasn't comfortable showing us much of her personality. We do know that she is comfortable around other cats as well as children, and would be a good fit for a variety of different homes.
