Story
Meet Stormy, our lovely 1-year-old female husky. We got her from a reputable breeder as a puppy, and she's been a wonderful part of our family. Stormy is full of energy and loves outdoor activities like long walks, hiking, and playing fetch in the yard. She's especially great with kids—gentle, patient, and always ready to play, making her an ideal family pet. Stormy is very social, enjoying the company of both humans and other dogs. She's affectionate, intelligent, and curious, always eager to explore and learn new things. We’re looking for a new home for Stormy that can provide her with the love, attention, and exercise she needs. Ideally, her new home would have a large, secure yard where she can run and play freely. Unfortunately, due to our increasingly busy schedule with two jobs and full-time college, we can’t give Stormy the time and care she deserves. If you're an active person or family looking for a loyal and lively companion, Stormy could be the perfect addition to your home

Story
A few months ago I adopted Guinness from Saved Me via Doggie Style Pets. While I love him very much, as he has become a little older and settled in after adoption, it is becoming more and more evident he would likely do better in a home with another dog or large fenced yard he can run around in. Unfortunately, my backyard is only a medium sized porch and I do not have the ability to adopt another dog. The reason I believe he will do much better in a home with another dog or large yard is because I've taken him to doggy day care as well as a Boarder the other week while I traveled for work and he is much happier those days. While a little anxious when meeting new people or dogs at first, he is extremely playful and just wants another dog or person to play with him.

Story
Meet Ivy!   She is a 1 year old Husky mix girl looking for her furever home!  She came into rescue when her family was trying to rehome her and they were going to take her to a shelter, so a foster agreed to take her in. Extremely well-trained, she gets the ball and brings it right back to you. She knows sit.  If you tell her to get water, she goes by the water. She is so smart! She's needs a lot of exercise, so an active person or family is ideal. She is not a barker. She is fine with other dogs but is very playful so dogs around her size would be best, and would also be fine as an only dog. Her foster says she has a fantastic personality.   Her foster has been taking her to a dog training center and she's doing great. Goes to the bathroom outside, is crate trained and, is SOOO gentle! She's even done well with the fosters grandchild! She has energy but not hyper in the house.  She would do best with a fenced in yard to run and play catch (even brings the ball back!)   She is up to date on vaccines and scheduled to be spayed. If you are interested in Ivy please apply!   https://peytonsplaceanimalrescue.org/adoption-application/ ##2079741##
