If taken out as soon as she wakes up and right after she eats accidents can be avoided. Maybel is in a foster home with adult dogs and responds well to correction from her senior mentors. Maybel plays too rough to be placed with cats. Maybel is a sweet girl with a bounty of love to give! Story
Spirit was found running loose in Pennsylvania and taken to a shelter. Obviously a new mother, the puppies were finally located, and the entire little family was surrendered to a shelter. Spirit is an energetic girl who is about two years old. She loves attention and to get pet. She is a quick-learner, especially when treats are involved! Spirit is crate trained, house trained and rides well in the car. She needs to be crated when home alone. Spirit can pull on leash, but does better on an Easy-Walk Harness. Her forever home will need to continue her leash training. Spirit does well with other male dogs, but not females. No cats or small animals for Spirit. She will be getting spayed soon. Spirit is looking forward to finding her forever home with lots of love and attention. Goose is a friendly 8 month old who will happily hop in your lap as soon as you sit down. Goose is a climber. When he wants to go out he will climb a baby gate. He also loves to sit on chairs and play with boxes. Playing in water is also a major attraction for Goose, he loves the kiddy pool! Goose is crate trained and good in the car. Goose is doing well with house training and will let you know he has to go out by jumping up on the baby gate and crying. Currently, Goose needs to go out to potty every five hours. Story
Sweet Aspen was born on April 19, 2024. He is a Husky/ German Sheperd mix. In his loving, experienced foster home, Aspen, his siblings and his mom are well socialized and enjoy meeting new people. At four weeks old, Aspen is still nursing, but has begun to be introduced to puppy food. Aspen has had routine deworming and will receive his first set of vaccine at 6 weeks old. Currently, Aspen’s left eye is bright blue and the right eye is a darker blue however, eye color can change as young puppies reach 9 to 12 weeks of age (this time frame can vary). For weekly puppy updates, follow us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/DelValSiberianHuskyRescue/ You can identify Aspen by his blue collar. Time Frame for Adoption is around 9 to 10 weeks (mid to late June). Timing of adoption will depend on the development of the puppies.
