Looking for a loving home for Scruffy. He is roughly 5 years old (unknown birthday, he was a rescue). We are looking for a new home for him as we are starting a family and Scruffy has become less and less tolerant of kids that we worry it could become a safety issue. He does well with other dogs (he has 2 dog siblings), he does resource guard a bit with food. He doesn't bark much even though he is a husky mix. He doesnt do well with cats or other small animals as he has a high prey drive (and has killed a rabbit before). He likes to wander like huskies love to so a fenced yard is highly recommended. We would be happy to do a trial to see if he is a fit for you

PADME is a beautiful, 2-year-old husky mix. Did you see her gorgeous, unique eyes? This sweetie is wonderfully medium-sized at just 50 lbs. She is curious and very observant, listens well, and knows commands. Miss Padme is an adorable and affectionate girl. Padme can be happy alone, but is also an affectionate people-pleaser to her humans. She loves to go on walks, hikes and to play with her doggy friends. Padme is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s also house-trained and knows her basic commands. She’d be a great partner for an active person, or busy couple, who are excited about going on adventures with their new companion. This gorgeous girl will be so excited to meet you! Beau is a loving, active & cuddly dog. I have had him since he was 3 months old and unfortunately cannot keep him due to life changes. He loves camping, hiking and going on long walks. He sleeps throughout most of the day so he is fine with someone who has a 9-5 as long as he goes on a walk at the end of the day. He's great around older people and kids as long as the kids are not in his house. He is also great at the dog park. He would be great in any household with no young kids.

A note from Lexi's foster in Texas! Lexi is an amazing SUPER smart, sweet and friendly dog; I would even say she could be a therapy dog. She does respond to "Lexi, although she sometimes has selective hearing but that's only because she's concentrating on something interesting (observant = smart). Lexi is not very interested in toys or fetching but she can be encouraged to play for a short time and puzzles with treats and chew toys work very well since she's food motivated. She does like walks and will stand by the door when it's time. During walks she stays by your side and is always confident and unwavered by dogs barking ferociously from their gates. Give her time to stop and "smell the roses and roll on grass since these are her fun stimulating activities. I was teaching her "stop and "go when crossing a street and was about to incorporate "sit with "stop since she was already doing the "sit command when offered her food bowl. She's very interested in small critters like lizards, frogs, small birds etc.; this is where "stop would be helpful specially if off leash. Lexi is potty trained and learned to use the doggy door in one day. I have had dogs all my life and was really impressed by her intelligence and her whole being; I almost became a foster failure (we really bonded) but sadly right now is not the right time for a long term commitment.

Spooky just arrived from Texas with his mom (husky) and his other 5 littermates. The puppies have had three rounds of dopp + bordetella. They are all neutered/spayed and microchipped. They all do great in a travel crate. Love other dogs and people.
