Story
Harry is an absolutely stunning puupy.  Pictures don't capture how beautiful he is. He will be a medium sized dog when fully grown. Harry is a very happy little boy. He loves to play with the other dogs, people, and toys. Harry gets along with cats and loves children. His caregivers have worked with him to have great leash manners. He is learning commands and has mastered sitting. He will be easy to train. He has beautiful soft coat and loves to be brushed and fussed over. Harry is very affectionate. Harry will be a great addition to any family. ##2018522##

Story
Hi there, my name is Sinjo and I`m ready for adoption!I was brought in when my previous owner was no longer able to take care of me.I weigh 106 lbs and am considered a `large breed` dog.I can be an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home, but I can also be an independent dog who likes to do my own thing at times! My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other large dogs. When meeting dogs in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction.I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can`t wait to find my forever home!I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!

Story
Hi, my name is Bruno and I`m available for adoption! I`m a 3yr 1mo old white male Siberian Husky/Labrador Retriever dog (ID #A745724). At 57lbs I`m considered a medium breed dog.I`m a silly, spunky and loving boy looking for my forever family! I`m currently in a foster home with a RASKC volunteer. I love going on long walks with volunteers and spending time exploring the world around me. I like playing with toys, tasty treats and running around in the yard! I have previously lived with cats.I can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but with a little patience, kindness, and a few treats I warm up quickly and my sweet personality emerges! I would do best in a home with older children or teens.I am neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped! I was nominated for Pet of the Week on June 2, 2026. This means that my adoption fee has been reduced! This adoption fee includes a King County pet license (if applicable). This helps my safe return home should I become lost, and comes with additional benefits such as Vacation Pet Alert, Free Ride Home and more (visit our pet licensing page for more info)! My new family can also benefit from enrolling me in Fetch Pet Insurance. Fetch offers the most comprehensive plan in North America with no restrictions on breed, age, or size. Together, RASKC and Fetch are making sure pets are happy and healthy in their new forever homes! If you are looking for a loving boy and walking buddy to add to your family, and are ready to fall in love with my pawesome self, please contact RASKC to learn how you can meet me! You can find out more about me and my other friends on our website at www.kingcounty.gov/adoptapet. Also look for me on Instagram with #brunokingcountypetsa745724. You can find out more information on our adoption process on our website as well. If you have more questions, you can contact RASKC via phone at 206-296-7387 (PETS) or email pets@kingcounty.gov. Story
Balto is a loving, loyal, and playful dog looking for a safe and stable forever home. He is affectionate, smart, and enjoys being around people. This decision has been incredibly difficult, and our main priority is finding someone who will give him the time, care, and love he deserves. We are hoping to find a home where he will truly be treated like family.

Story
We adopted our sweet girl when she was about a year old, and she’s been part of our family ever since. She’s an active, affectionate husky who loves long walks, daycare playtime, and soaking up all the attention she can get. For the past five years, she’s been my loyal walking buddy—always excited to meet new people and collect a few extra pets along the way. She’s food-motivated (treats are her love language!) and adores being part of family activities. While she’s not particularly into toys, she enjoys puzzles and chew toys that challenge her mind and help her burn energy. She truly is a loving, gentle soul who thrives on companionship and attention. Like many huskies, she has plenty of energy and would do best with someone or a family who can give her the time, exercise, and affection she deserves. Unfortunately, our situation has changed over the last few years and despite doing our best to make sure she has the home she deserves, we can tell she deserves more.
