Story
** Current Location: in a local shelter in South Korea ** • Rescue Story : Meet Dugger👋 an adorable pup with a beautiful smile! Dugger was one of the 9 puppies found on a street in South Korea at just two months old and taken to a high-risk shelter. They were luckily saved right before euthanasia by the rescue team, but Dugger had to be hospitalized due to the mange treatment while all his siblings found their foster homes. Even long after he got a clean bill of health, he is still in the private shelter without a single chance to live in the loving home he deserves. This friendly pup is more than ready to find a forever home! • Personality: Friendly, Easy-going, Active Dugger's endearing and bright personality shines through with his charming smile and playful demeanor even in the shelter. We would like him to have a family who enjoys outdoor adventures so that Dugger can experience many activities he has been missing while staying in the shelter. • Affinity with -Cats: Not tested -Dogs: Gets along with other dogs in the shelter, but due to his play style, it would be ideal as the only dog in the house. -Adults/Kids: Good with all people, including men and kids, but he hasn't lived with kids in a house before, so it will be necessary to watch him being around kids at the beginning. • Shedding: 5-6 • Food Allergies: No. • Walking Manner: good on a leash! • Housetrained: He would prefer to potty outdoors when adopted with regular walks. • Bathing/Brushing: tolerates both well • Separation Anxiety: None. • Bark or Howl: No. • Carsickness: No. • Like & Dislike: LOVES people, attention, and treats!

Story
Roxie Roo is a 6-month-old black female at 39 lbs. She has a heart as big as her beautiful brown eyes. She was found by a good Samaritan and brought into our rescue. She's a total lovebug and a true "Velcro dog" she wants to be by your side no matter what you're doing! Whether you're working at your desk or relaxing at home, Roxie Roo is happiest when she's near her people. She loves to play, especially with her favorite rope toys, and she gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats. She will run after a ball, but has not learned the return part of the game fetch yet. Roxie Roo is a smart girl who already knows how to sit and lie down on command. She is learning to walk nicely on a leash. She's house-trained and sleeps soundly through the night, either in her crate or (her preference!) on a cozy dog bed near her foster mom. She enjoys going out for walks, but with minimal exercise, she is calm and happy to lie down at your feet. With her gentle nature and food motivation, Roxie Roo will be easy to train and eager to please her forever family. She does have a bit of separation anxiety, so she'll do best in a home where someone is around most of the time or with a family willing to help her build confidence through training and routine. She is also timid initially and is a bit afraid of loud noises. She warms up quickly. . If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who will adore you unconditionally, Roxie Roo might just be your perfect match! . If you are interested in making this Lab part of your family, please contact your SCLRR family representative. If you have not yet applied with us, please submit an online application to adopt; an SCLRR volunteer will then contact you. Please note that your homecheck must be approved in order for you to be put in touch with the dog's foster home.

Story
❗Current location: in a local shelter in South Korea❗ • Rescue Story: Mongja was sold to an old man at a dog meat market. Luckily she was not slaughtered, but she was tied to a short leash and forced to guard the house and farm. A villager who took pity on her bought her from the old man, and that's how she was rescued. She is now protected and taken care of in a private shelter. • Personality: She is very playful, sweet, and smart. She gets along very well with other dogs and is very sociable. She's friendly with young children, but she's also sometimes seen to be wary of strangers, dropping to the floor when they visit or approach her unexpectedly. However, if you pet her, she would warm up quickly :) • Walking Manners: She tends to pull the leash on walks but will get better soon with training. • Crate-trained: yes • Health: She is scheduled to be spayed in a month (Aug 2024). ❗Our dogs are currently located in Korea, and they go through a legal process to get into the U.S. We are professionals with a lot of experience in this area. If you decide to adopt one of our dogs, the process will be smooth with us. See the experiences of other adopters on our Instagram. Please follow us @3ft.rescue

Story
Hi there! My name is Shadow Dancer and I am a tall, lively, 2 year old Lab mix who tips the scales at 75 lbs.! I was rescued from a structure fire, if you can believe it, and was brought to the shelter. Lucky for me they reached out to SCLRR who sent someone right away to come get me! I am a friendly pup with a playful spirit and I get along with dogs and even cats! I guess that makes me kind of special! I am good with kids and I believe I would make a great family dog! I do love to play with my foster brother, but I am never a crazy boy. I should mention, I love to run and I think I am really fast! But, whew! That's a lot and I poop out pretty quickly! I am house-trained, walk well on the leash and I sleep soundly though the night. I am proud to say I know some basic commands, but I think I would benefit from some dedicated one-on-one time with my forever family. So, the truth is I am still learning to trust people and can be nervous with strangers. I promise you I will warm up quickly and just need some love and patience. I am told with my striking good looks and charm, I am sure to catch your eye. If I sound like the boy for you, just reach out to your family rep. I am ready to be your best friend and family member! If you are interested in making this Lab part of your family, please contact your SCLRR family representative. If you have not yet applied with us, please submit an online application to adopt; an SCLRR volunteer will then contact you. Story
Meet Jinju🩵 He was rescued a day before euthanasia when he was six months old. He's currently living in a foster home with a small dog. During the day, he's playing with other dog friends at a daycare center. He plays well with new dog friends and approaches strangers who give him snacks. But if a stranger tries to hug him, he avoids. He flinches away from the touch of a stranger but he doesn't have any aggression! If he recognizes a person as a guardian, he gives everything. So affectionate💕
