Miss Luna is an 8-year-old, 63 lb black Lab with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. Despite being blind, Miss Luna doesn't let anything slow her down. She is spunky, energetic, curious, and determined to experience everything the world has to offer. Her absolute favorite things are car rides and spending time with her people. Around the house, Miss Luna has an adorable 'zombie-leg' walk as she carefully maps out her surroundings and gains confidence in new spaces. It's one of her most endearing quirks and part of how she navigates the world as a blind dog. Luna gets along well with other dogs and enjoys canine companionship, but she would also be perfectly happy as the center of attention in a home of her own. Her experience with cats is unknown. Because she can't see, Miss Luna relies heavily on her other senses. Her sense of smell is incredible, and she is endlessly curious about every scent she encounters. She knows several commands, including 'sit', 'come', 'up', and 'down'. Miss Luna loves her toys, enjoys running whenever she gets the opportunity, and thrives on being included in her family's activities. She may not be the most graceful runner, but she makes up for it with enthusiasm and determination. Due to her blindness, she does best with a harness and a safe environment where she can explore confidently. When it's time to relax, Miss Luna is a champion cuddler. She loves naps, sleeping in late, and curling up right next to her person. In fact, she prefers knowing where her people are at all times and finds comfort being close. Face rubs and gentle eye rubs are her absolute favorite-she will completely melt into your lap. Luna is good with children, but because she cannot see, she doesn't always recognize personal space or physical boundaries. She would do best with a family that understands how to safely guide and support a blind dog. Because Miss Luna depends so much on companionship and routine, she is not a dog who should be left alone for long periods. Her ideal home would be with someone who enjoys taking their dog along for daily adventures, errands, road trips, and family activities. 📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in **private shelters or foster homes in South Korea**. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States **through legal and fully compliant international transport procedures**. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate **in real time** with our rescue team through official organizational and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. --- Nemo’s story began in a place no puppy should have to grow up. He was found as a very young puppy, tied up at a duck farm in a rural area on the outskirts of the city. Alongside him was his sister, Semo. Both puppies were kept on chains, despite being only around six months old at the time. They were believed to have been raised to guard the farm. The conditions were extremely poor. Food and water were not consistently provided, and the environment was not suitable for young dogs. Thankfully, a local resident noticed their situation and began bringing them food and water every day. After repeatedly trying to persuade the farm owner without success, the resident eventually offered to buy the dogs to secure their safety. The owner agreed, and Nemo and his sister were finally released and brought into a private shelter. At the shelter, both dogs received stable care and began to recover—physically and emotionally. Semo was adopted last year (2025) and now lives happily with her forever family in San Francisco. Nemo has remained in our care, and throughout this time, he has shown nothing but a kind and loving nature. He is exceptionally friendly with both people and other dogs. In fact, he is so gentle and welcoming that he could easily be described as a “welcome dog”—the kind of dog who makes everyone feel at ease. Nemo loves toys, is fully house-trained, crate-trained, and walks calmly on a leash. He is generally confident, though he may occasionally startle when large vehicles pass by or when motorcycles move quickly nearby. Nemo is in excellent health and has all the qualities of a wonderful companion. He is affectionate, well-mannered, and deeply social—a truly ideal family dog. Meet Shadow Heart, a very handsome 7-8 year old lab weighing 65 pounds! He LOVES his humans and will follow you around! Shadow heart is a medium energy boy. He can use a bit more training on the leash, but enjoys his car rides with his head out of the window! The vet said he is very healthy and he just had a complete professional dental cleaning. His teeth now look great and his breath is delightful!!! He likes going to the park, does very well off leash, does not wander far and responds well when called. He has met many dogs with no issue at all. Shadow will settle nicely at your feet after his walk or outing at the park. He also loves going to the beach, swimming in a pool or playing with the water from the hose! Shadow Heart gets along with the 2 cats and a dog at his foster home. He used his voice at first as he was a bit timid, however, once he settles in his new surroundings, he is more relaxed and very easy to care for; he is a sweet and very happy boy! Shadow Heart will do well with a family with or without kids and/or other animals, as long as he gets attention and is included in their activities and not left alone for long periods of time. He is non destructive when left alone! He was very loved in his prior home. Now he cannot wait to meet his new people and the next chapter of his life! Yooah suffered from a severe skin condition that weakened her, and unfortunately, some of her puppies passed away. With the harsh winter approaching, Yooah and her remaining puppies were urgently rescued.3.) Basic Information With People: Is still getting used to human interaction and finds it challenging to accept touch or approaches. Patience is crucial as she slowly learns to trust and becomes comfortable around people. With familiar people, she approaches first to sniff them and accepts treats. Still flinches when being touched. With Dogs: When first meeting other dogs, she shows a little bit of interest but isn’t proactive in engaging with them. If their energy levels are similar, she sometimes plays with other dogs. Used to be a bit wary of a few dogs at our center, but she hasn’t growled or shown any aggression towards other dogs recently. Gets along especially well with White at Adogs. With Cats: Not confirmed as she hasn't encountered them yet. Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed yet as she currently lives in a group setting at our center. Potty Training: Does only pottying outdoors at our center. Hygiene: Has only experienced brushing. Was scared, but docile and took to it well. Walks: Is wary of new places, making walks difficult. We're taking it step by step, starting with practicing walking on a leash. FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Malcolm is a sweet and mellow 2-year-old Lab mix. He's very well socialized, so we think he was kept in somebody's backyard before he was found scavenging for scraps on the street. Neighbors say he had been living for weeks in the area, drinking from the gutter to survive. Malcolm is so friendly, he came right up to us and asked to be saved. We searched for an owner, but without a collar or chip, we didn't have any luck. Now, Malcolm is getting used to living in a house and sleeping on a warm, cozy bed. He's very smart and is responding well to training. He already knows many basic commands. Malcolm is a good boy and walks well on a leash, which is pretty amazing for a big dog! Malcolm likes other dogs and gets along well with dogs in the home as well as those he sees on the street. He's still getting used to cats but should go to a home without cats. Malcolm is super friendly to everyone he meets and loves to cuddle. He'd make a great companion for long walks, jogging or hiking. He really is a great dog! We've had Malcolm examined by our vet, neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.
