Story
Meet Stella! currently on doctor-ordered Chill Mode™ (but emotionally still a party). Looking for a foster or foster-to-adoptAt 1 year old and the perfect size (around 30 pounds), Stella is a black lab/pit mix with Olympic-level wiggles… temporarily benched while her leg heals. She’s recovering beautifully from a broken leg and has 20 more days (until approximately Feb 8, 2026) of strict crate rest before she’s cleared for full zoomies. (The zoomies are already scheduled. She just can’t attend yet.)Right now, Stella is seeking a quiet, calm foster or foster-to-adopt home where the biggest adventure of the day is moving from crate to couch to your lap. She is crate trained, house trained, and fully convinced that every lap she encounters is meant for her. Her favorite hobbies include:*Crawling into your lap like she’s been invited*Rolling dramatically onto her back*Demanding belly rubs as if they’re written into the ConstitutionShe’s energetic, loving, and very wiggly, even while resting. When playtime resumes, she can be a little mouthy, so she’d do best with older kids who understand enthusiastic puppy play.Once she’s healed. Oh buddy. Stella will be ready for an active family who appreciates a dog that treats toys like sacred objects and friendships like a lifelong contract. Hand her a toy and she’s yours forever. For now, she needs a foster home or a foster-to-adopt home full of human affection, patience, and crate-rest compliance—basically a soft place to land while she recharges her batteries. Once she is released from crate-rest she will ready for an active family or individual who is looking for an energetic, playful pup.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Jax!Jax is a beautiful solid black 3 year old lab mix pup. He`s funny, playful and a loving boy and follows some commands. Jax is pretty intelligent and has had some training but he`s still very uncomfortable around strangers. He will need more training and socialization to help him overcome his fears. Jax gets a long great with his foster sisters but needs slow introduction to strange dogs. He`s never been around children so I don`t recommend small children in the home. Jax is really a great boy and may love someone much more active. He doesn`t chew on anything in the home but watch those Kleenexs!!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. Story
Meet Grady!Grady is a one-year-old sweetheart who was born in our care and has grown up with a mix of boarding and foster life. He may be deaf, but don’t tell him that—he’s too busy living his best life, learning hand signals, and mastering routines like a pro. Plus, he’s house trained, respectful, and eager to please. This social butterfly thrives with other dogs and would love a playful pup buddy to wrestle, zoom, and nap alongside. (Dog friends: big yes. Cats: absolutely not, he says with confidence.)Grady is goofy, lovable, and full of charm—an easy boy to fall for and the perfect partner for someone ready to communicate in new, fun ways. He’s grown up waiting for his person… now he’s ready to finally go home.If you’re looking for a loyal, joyful companion who’s all heart, Grady is ready to hear you out—figuratively speaking. ??????To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt.
