Meet Blitz ALL PETS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE DALLAS/FT WORTH METROPLEX MEET AND GREET APPOINTMENTS SET UP WITH PRE-APPROVED APPLICATION ONLY Puppy Policies: We do not adopt puppies under 6 months of age into apartment homes or homes without a fenced yard. All children in the home must be at least 5 years of age. We appreciate your understanding of these policies. Blitz loves to run around in the backyard and tries to keep up with the older, larger dogs. Blitz has great skills and climbs out of his playpen only to seek more friends to play with or other adventures. We actually don't put him up and he climbs back in to sleep with his siblings. Blitz is also calm while being held and shows his appreciation with allot of kisses. Like all puppies, Blitz needs an adopter who is willing to train and work with him to help him be the best dog he can be. If you would like to meet Blitz, the first step in the process is to complete an application. Please go to roadtrip4paws.com and click on the Adopt tab to find a link to our online application. Story
Loki is a happy and active dog who loves to fetch, go for walks and play with his furry brother and his human siblings, he also like chill next to us. He knows some commands like sit, paw, leave it, and down, he is up to date in all his vaccines and is fully potty trained, house broken and crate trained, he will be best in a home with bigger kids and a home were he can exercise daily. The only reason we are rehoming him is because at times he gets too excited and hyper while playing and it can knock down my younger child or my 11 year old dog. He loves our kids he is just still a puppy at heart who is not aware of his size when playing.

Story
Livvy is the sweetest 13mths old female silver Labrador. weight 56lbs AKC registered spayed up to date on all vaccinations Simaparico Trio- professionally trained with e collar that we are still using when taking her out in public, knows basic commands walks well on a leash. neighborhood walks are great with her. She is on Proplan sensitive stomach and skin / Salmon and Rice formula. She has a very sensitive stomach and we only give her treats that are her regular food, along with elk antlers, and an occasional rawhide. It would be so much better for her to have a large yard to run in though, and another dog to play with. We really want her to be able to run and play since that what she really loves to do. This is the main reason we have decided it would be the right decision to rehome this amazingly sweet and loving animal. She loves to stay close to her people snd is very gentle.

Story
Hi, my name is Maggie, and I'm 4 years old and weigh 55 lbs. It's difficult to tell in my photos, but I have a beautiful, shiny black coat with auburn highlights. I am a little shy at first, but once I get to know and trust someone, I will be the most loyal and loving dog ever. I have wonderful house manners, so my foster family leaves me with run of the house when they leave. I love toys, in fact I'm a little addicted to them! I don't chew or destroy them, I just love to carry them around, kind of like a security blanket. I love to take walks, and I have great leash manners, although I do like to stop and smell a few things along the way. So many interesting smells out there! I get along with most other dogs, but I definitely do best with a more laid back dog buddy. Truth be told, I would love to be an only dog so I can get all the attention and cuddles. I also prefer a quiet, low activity home. I'm really a low maintenance dog. Just hanging out with my people and an occasional walk, and I'm good! Please submit your application to meet me, and an adoption counselors will contact you.

Story
Murdock is a very handsome Black Lab/Cocker Spaniel mix. We know that Cocker Spaniel is hard to believe, but that's what DNA results show. No guarantees on accuracy of the DNA test though. He has a gorgeous shiny coat and soft expressive eyes. Murdock is two years old and he weighs about 50 lbs. Foster dad says that Murdock is by far the smartest dog he has ever had, and he is energetic and adventurous! He is just the opposite of a couch potato and needs an adopter who will be active with him. Murdock's favorite things include going on hikes, walks around the neighborhood, chasing leaves and meeting new people. He is friendly with everyone he meets (human and canine) and greets them with a wagging tail. Murdock will be a loving and loyal companion for some lucky adopter.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Brady is a 3 year old, 78 lb Black Lab/Border Collie mix, but his breed is just our best guess. He definitely has the "lab bump" on top of his head. He is so handsome with his shiny back coat! Brady (aka Charlie) is housetrained, crate trained and walks well on a leash. He's a big, strong boy, so If he sees a rabbit or a squirrel, hold on tight! Walking him in a harness will help with those situations. Brady is good with other dogs, big and small, and he is even good with a cat that visits from time to time. He hasn't been around many kids, so we are recommending kids that are over 10 years old and have experience with large dogs. Brady is affectionate with people he knows, and will give them plenty of kisses. He is past the puppy stage but still playful and still likes his toys of all kinds. He likes to chase a ball, but just for a short time. He likes to play and run with other dogs he meets at the dog park. Brady is a smart boy and knows Sit, Stay, Lie Down, and Shake. He's still working on not jumping up when he's excited to see people. If interested in Brady, please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
