Rookie is very smart and eager to learn, making him a great candidate for training and continued growth in a loving home. He’s the kind of dog who truly wants to please and will thrive with guidance, playtime, and positive reinforcement. While we believe Rookie may already be potty and kennel trained, we can’t guarantee it since he’s currently in a shelter environment.
