Meet Marshmallow! Marshmallow is a sweet, energetic girl with a heart as soft as her name. She absolutely loves to play and is always ready for her next adventure. Curious and full of life, Marshmallow enjoys exploring the world around her and making the most out of every day. She is dog-friendly and kid-friendly, and she has a blast running laps and playing with her foster siblings. Marshmallow thrives on human attention and interaction—she loves being close to her people and soaking up all the love she can get. Very smart and eager to please, she learns new tricks quickly and enjoys staying active both mentally and physically. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, affectionate companion who will keep you smiling and moving, Marshmallow may be the perfect match for you. She was found on a country road wearing a cone in 98 degree weather. She was looking for shelter under a culvert, she had been recently spayed and her incision was open and infected, filled with mud. Marshmallow is approximately three years old and has an approximate birthdate in May of 2022. She weighs 55 pounds and is the perfect medium size girl. She may be a Labrador retriever but it’s merely a guess. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

Story
Meet Eric — Your Gentle Giant Adventure Buddy Hi ~ My name is Eric! I’m approximately seven years old, weigh 62 pounds, and my people think I may be a labrador retriever mix. My story started on a quiet country road in Texas, where I was found wandering and unsure of where I belonged. I ended up on the doorstep of my very first foster family — and thankfully, they welcomed me in with open arms. They fed me, gave me a safe place to rest, and showed me kindness. I was such a good boy that they cared for me all the way until I took a big plane ride to Seattle! Now I’m officially available for meet-and-greets in the Pacific Northwest. What My Foster Says About Me I am a very affectionate guy who truly loves being with my people. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who enjoys connection, I’m your boy. I already know a few commands and I’m currently working on “spin” (yes, I’m quite talented). I take treats gently and I’m a big fan of squeaky toys — the squeakier, the better! I am even into playing dress up. Who doesn’t love a fancy wardrobe?! The Important Stuff • Leash trained and enjoy my walks • House trained • Crate trained • Ride well in the car • Friendly and good with other dogs • Would love a canine sibling, but it’s not required I’m well-behaved, smart, quick to learn, and respond great to training. I would thrive with an active family. Although I have never lived with children I meet them on my daily walks and love them. Camping trips? Yes please. Long walks? Absolutely. S’mores by the fire? I’ll supervise. I also love a trip to the dog park. I make lots of friends there. Home Preferences I have never been cat tested, so my people are going to say no to homes with furry felines. Health I am neutered, microchipped, healthy, and up to date on vaccines. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, adventure-ready companion, I just might be your guy. I am available for meet and greets in Seattle. Please email adopt@thezoeygroup.com for additional information and application instructions.

Story
Hi, my name is Star! I have an approximate birthdate of 3/6/24. My people think I may be a lab mix. I weigh 50 pounds. I came into rescue after a nice lady found me wandering around a neighborhood with another pup. This nice lady scooped me up and is fostering me until I find my forever home. I am house trained and crate trained. I walk well on leash and love to be out and about. Maybe some camping and hiking is in my future! I am a super sweet girl and my foster family has done a great job socializing me with people and other pups. I love everyone I meet. I am quick to learn with a willingness to please. I am a smart girl. I have never been cat tested so my people are going to say no to a home with a furry feline. I have been around children eight and up and did well. I am a healthy pup and if you are looking for a new fur baby, I may be the one. I am up to date on vaccines, healthy, spayed and microchipped. If you are interested in giving me a forever home please email adopt@thezoeygroup.com

Hi, my name is Spyker! I am approximately three years old and weigh 55 pounds. My people think I may be a Labrador retriever mix. I'm a sweet boy with a fun personality. I am smart, quick to learn with a willingness to please. I love everyone I meet and am a pretty social guy. My people say I am a well rounded guy. I came into rescue after I was found wandering around a neighborhood with my friends Seiko and Saro. Our friend Seiko was in heat and dogs were chasing her. Saro and I worked tirelessly to keep her safe. She spent a lot of time hidden under a car until a nice lady helped us. She scooped us up and whisked us away to keep us safe. We will forever be in her debt. I am an energetic boy but also know when to calm down. I am both house trained and crate trained. I walk well on a leash and love to be out and about. I get along well with other dogs. I have never been cat tested so my people are going to say no to a home with furry felines. I am excellent in the car and love going places with you. I hop right in when you open the door. I know a few commands and would love to learn more; I'm very treat motivated. I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. The quickest way to get the ball rolling is to email adopt@thezoeygroup.com for the application link.
