I’m being fostered through Ruff Road Revival. I’m a joyful, playful, and energetic girl who thrives in an active home with a fenced yard and lots of opportunities to move, learn, and explore. I absolutely love to play—whether it’s with toys or other dogs—and I’d be over the moon to have a fun-loving canine companion to share adventures with. I have a confident, spirited personality and naturally enjoy taking the lead, which makes me a great match for a dog who appreciates my enthusiasm and charm.I’m fully potty trained and crate trained, so I already have a great foundation. I’m a smart, eager learner who knows several commands, including sit, shake, down, lay down, and crate—and I’m excited to keep learning more with my future family. I have a big love for my toys and bones and truly enjoy playtime and enrichment—it’s one of the ways I show my happy, playful nature. She was found as a stray with injuries to her legs and feet, but thanks to a wonderful foster family, she healed both physically and emotionally. During her time in foster care, she proved to be incredibly affectionate—she loves people, enjoys snuggles, and plays wonderfully with children.Now living at our facility, Summer continues to work on her manners. She’s doing great with her leash training, is learning not to jump when excited, and already knows commands like `sit` and `no.` She’s eager to please and very smart, which makes her a great candidate for continued training in a patient and loving home.Summer loves doing zoomies in the yard and spending time outdoors. PLEASE READ ABOUT PAXTON We are searching for a family for Paxton who can foster him until he's ready to be adopted. Paxton will need a family who has some dog experience and who can handle a big, strong boy. He's very well-behaved and loving and snuggly. His only vice is the leash. He likely had some traumatic experience before he came to us and he's not a huge fan of having a leash on or having it taken off. He's been staying with one of our training teams, and they've made huge progress with him. He has come so far, but he'll need someone who can continue working with him. Without the leash, Paxton is a big ol' goofball. He loves belly rubs and is such a sweetheart. He enjoys playing with toys, and he's a huge fan of snacks. Paxton is a handsome boy and just wants to be your best friend. We would like to find a family who would like to foster Paxton while he finishes up his training and care. Cowboy is a 5 month old, 34 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. He is a playful, social, and energetic puppy who loves being part of the action. He is great with people and other dogs, and he takes every oportunity he can to have fun, explore and make new friends. Cowboy is outgoing, curious, and especially enjoys being outdoors, going on walks, playing tug-of-war, and chasing after toys. He has a sweet and loving personality, but because he gets so excited around people, he may occasionally try to nip during play, but that's a puppy thing that he will outgrow. He can also be distracted by offering him a toy or chew. Cowboy is potty trained, has learned the Sit command, and he is ready to learn more. Shiner is a sweet 7 year about to be 8 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback. She loves walks, being with her owners, and is loyal 100%. She loves going to dog parks and playing and running with the other dogs but will always make sure to come and find her owners. The reason for the rehoming is we have a young child and are not able to keep up with the exercise demands that Rhodesians require. She is fully house trained and even did training directly with all dogs unleashed. Her walking ability is great as she doesn’t pull on the leash at all and will walk right by your side.
