Story
Charger was saved in TX and we have no foster for him in the PNW:( Charger is almost 2 years old. He was neutered when he came into rescue. He is very dog and human friendly. Active when released from kennel but calms down after tiring out. Dog and people friendly. Likely not good with cats but we do not know. All dogs come with a 5 day trial period. Please ask us how that works. He can be transported to the PNW (and other places in the US) https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ Charger is not physically at Pet Central SATX rescue but is with a person who fosters for this rescue and they would come through this rescue as she has met Charger.

Story
APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. PANSY is the only girl of the litter...and as such, she has learned to hold her own. She is playful and funny and a true delight. She is quite a “water dog.” We believe her to be Australian Cattle Dog (in this case, Red Heeler) and we know the mother is part Australian Shepherd. We expect Pansy to grow to about 40-50#s. Her DOB is 3/1/2024. She currently has had other animals around her while living on the ranch…like a donkey, goats, sheep, and pigs. She’s also seen and been around several cats. Although she’s not made deep friendships with any of these, she’s at least seen them and gone nose-to-nose with them. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period." If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. You can also go to our Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/Pet-Central-SATX-866684826744181/ and LIKE us to help us out. After we review your application, we will contact you, and you'll have the opportunity to find out more from their foster family or the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at shaynerescue@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. If you have not applied, you will not receive a response so please only email if you have any issues applying. Adoption Fees The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. You can sign up to foster at this link: https://shaynesrescue.com/foster-application/ This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose. Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.

Story
APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. PARKER is the cool one of the bunch…happy and playful. DOB 3/1/24. We see some hound in Parker…although his mother is definitely part Australian Shepherd. We expect he will get to be 40-50# when grown. Parker is the very sweet dog…inquisitive and loves attention and loves water. He will make a great family dog and companion. He currently has had other animals around him while living on the ranch…like a donkey, goats, sheep, and pigs. He’s also seen and been around several cats.
