Story
Rey is delightful and upbeat. She is very playful and friendly and adorable – plus she absolutely adores people! Rey loves to give hugs and get belly rubs. Rey can come out the gate fast (she is a strong girl), but she calms down quickly with some clear guidance. Rey is eager to learn and our trainers are working with her on all her basic commands- such a smart girl!!! Rey would do best in an active home with no small dogs, cats or young children. Rey is vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped. For additional information and an adoption application, please email Moira at fastpaws1998@gmail.com.

Story
Lola was adopted from a rescue who knew nothing of her history. Our trainer was able to speak with them and found out she was picked up in Texas before being shipped to WA. When she came home she was great with us, but we later discovered she was not good with other people in or around the house. Due to being territorial and highly food motivated she broken skin on my parents’ hands and the vet’s when they tried to feed her. We’ve been working with a trainer since and she has been responsive to positive reinforcement training. She can Sit, Shake, Come, and Wait for her dinner. She’s crate and potty trained. She is amazing with us but protective. We need an adopter who is knowledgeable in training and can provide her an active life style. Our trainer says she has excellent potential but we don’t feel we can provide her enough structure or training. No apartments and she needs a yard to run in. She seems to like other dogs but we are unsure. Please contact us for more information.

Story
Honey is a silly girl! She is a very friendly, 8-9 mo old puppy that is ready to explore the world! She loves to run the property and play with her foster siblings. She is a little insecure at first when meeting people and other dogs, but with just a few minutes of patience snd encouragement, she opens up to become a dancing, wiggly little puppy. She is a small girl for her age. We don’t expect her to be over 30lbs or so when full grown. Because she is a little insecure, it would be best if she has another playful, well balanced dog in the home to help build her confidence. She’s wonderful with kids, too, so children over 10yrs old would also be great playmates. She doesn’t seem to have strong herding instincts, but she will chase the kitties. It’s best if there are no cats in the home, unless her person is a very experienced handler that can help her learn to live with kitties in harmony. Honey is crate trained and is doing wonderful with her house training. She does still need more leash and manners training, but she is very smart and is learning quickly. She must have a 5ft or higher, securely fenced yard, and because of her young age, she should not be left alone for more than 5-6hr intervals.

Story
Sweet, SUPER sensitive, gentle, loving, Winnie (fka Sydney) is ready for her furever home! Her eyes are so incredibly expressive and she wears her heart on her sleeve. Her body language is SO easy to read!Winnie was found dumped on the streets with her litter of puppies and their father. She had given everything she had to keep her babies alive and fed. Unfortunately, her puppies didn't make it out of the shelter and were euthanized. Winnie was left completely alone. Thankfully our partners at FORA saved this sweet girl so we could bring her to Washington.Winnie would thrive in a mellow-to-medium energy household with a resident dog to lead the way and let her know she is safe and loved. Her current foster family has a mini dachshund and Winnie looks up to her "big" sister. She is equally cuddly and content to loaf around on the couch as she is to do zoomies or chase her foster sister outside! If one of her humans work from home, she thinks that would be awesome. She LOVES attention, is eager to please, and easily redirected. She learns quickly what she is/is not supposed to do. She wants to join her people for ALL their activities: car rides, walks, brewery visits, working outside, cooking, or bingeing a good show.Winnie would love a home to share cuddles, sun spots, treats, and a good Nordic noir TV series.  Please apply at www.northwestwagrecue.org My adoption fee is $500 ##1678939##

Story
I am a super scared/timid guy that needs to find a nice quiet place to decompress and learn that all people are not bad. I was saved from the euthanasia list in New Mexico and will be arriving to WA in late April. I am looking for a foster or trial home. Can you help me learn to trust? No cats please.  Adoption fee $500 www.northwestwagrescue.org ##1695137##
