Meet Bailey Girl— All She Needs Is a Chance â¤ï¸ Bailey Girl is a beautiful 27-pound female 18 month old Mini Aussie mix with a story that will break your heart—but the little dog she is becoming will put it right back together. Bailey Girl was abandoned during extremely hot weather when someone placed her inside a school playground with no way to get out. Tragically, she wasn’t discovered until the following Monday when the school reopened. Someone had reportedly witnessed her being left there but did not notify anyone. We may never understand why she was abandoned that way, but we do know one thing: her story does not have to end where it began. Today, Bailey Girl is safe in a loving foster home, and she is doing beautifully. â¤ï¸ It took her only a couple of days to begin trusting her foster, and now she has become her little shadow. She does well with other dogs and cats, walks on a leash, and can even be left loose in the home with the other dogs while her foster is at work. Bailey Girl is still working on becoming completely house trained, but she is extremely intelligent and continues to learn. She enjoys having a yard where she can run and as her confidence and trust have grown, she happily comes back to her foster when called. Because Bailey Girl can be somewhat fearful of children, we believe she would be happiest in a home without children, where she can feel secure and develop a strong bond with her person or family. Bailey may need a little more patience in the beginning than some dogs. You have to earn her trust—but once you do, something very special happens. She begins to understand that she is safe. She follows you. She looks to you for reassurance. And before long, you realize you haven’t just gained a dog—you’ve gained a devoted little sidekick. A word of advice please. Bailey Girl needs someone who won’t expect everything from her on the first day. She needs love, patience, kindness, and time. Give her the opportunity to understand that you aren’t going anywhere, and she will give that love and devotion right back to you. â¤ï¸ Bailey may very well become the dog you talk about for the rest of your life. Our handsome boy Reese is an Australian Aussie mix boy who is approximately a year and a half old, weighs 38 pounds, and is fully vetted—he is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Reese has a friendly, easygoing temperament and gets along wonderfully with everyone, including children of all ages, other dogs, and even the cats. He is definitely a rare Australian Shepherd who does not display the usual alpha temperament that most males of his breed do. He is a happy boy that delights in going for car rides and going for walks with his person. We do ask that his new forever home have a secured and fenced yard. It is best for his breed who loves to explore and be active. We think that he is ideal for a first time dog owner, families with children over 5 years of age and certainly singles who want an adventure buddy in life. Story

Beckett is a very handsome mini Australian Shepherd mix. He weighs about 35 lbs. This distinguished boy is a young 10-year-old. Beckett was saved from the streets of Nashville. He was abandoned and alone. Thanks to a caring lady who could not bear the thought of him spending any more time outside, Beckett is now in a loving foster home. He is under the care of Critter Cavalry. It did not take long for this awesome gentleman to make himself at home. After meeting the resident dogs, he explored outside. He came in and found a spot to relax. He is getting along great with his new foster sisters. He is also good with cats. This super smart boy quickly learned to use the doggie door. He can now come and go as he pleases. He does prefer to be inside and likes to know where his foster mom is. Beckett is enjoying all the love and attention he is getting. It takes him a few minutes, but he quickly warms up to new people. He just has to make sure that you are nice. Beckett is housebroken. He walks well on a leash. He also does not mind the crate and will go right in for a treat. He currently sleeps in his crate, but we think he would love to cuddle up right next to you. Meet Ghost Girlâ¤ï¸ Ghost Girl is a sweet, silly, incredibly affectionate girl whose favorite place in the world is right next to her person. This Aussie/Cattle Mix girl is 2.5 years and weighs 30-35 pounds and she is the definition of a Velcro dog—she loves cuddling, being held, getting pets, and following her favorite humans from room to room. If you’re looking for a dog who truly wants to be your best friend, Ghost is your girl! She has the cutest goofy side, too. Ghost loves running around the yard, playing chase, getting the zoomies, and doing her little spins when she gets excited. She’s also VERY treat motivated and will happily work for snacks! Ghost is house trained and crate trained and would absolutely love a home with a secure fenced yard. She’s much more of a backyard-zoomies girl than a long-walk girl—the busy outside world can sometimes be a little overwhelming for her, and she’s happiest running and playing somewhere familiar and secure. Ghost would love to be your one-and-only pet and soak up all the attention for herself. Other dogs can make her uncomfortable, so a home where she doesn’t have to share her space with other animals will allow her to relax and be her happiest self. She has lived with a toddler and newborn and absolutely adores her little humans. She has been incredibly loving and gentle with them. When meeting children she doesn’t know, she appreciates a calmer introduction rather than lots of excitement all at once, so a quieter home or one with older children would be a great fit. She also would do best as the only dog in the family and not sharing any spotlight with others. More than anything, Ghost wants her person. This handsome boy is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and has well-managed allergies that are easily controlled with a special diet and routine Cytopoint injections. Oliver is everything people love about Aussies—smart, loyal, and eager to learn. Like many Australian Shepherds, he thrives when given a job to do and loves showing off his tricks (including dancing on his back legs!). He's food motivated, enjoys training, picks up new skills quickly, and has excellent impulse control when working with his person. Oliver truly wants to make the right choice and responds beautifully to positive reinforcement, making him an incredibly rewarding companion for someone who enjoys building a partnership with their dog. Oliver is also a sensitive soul who thrives in a calm, predictable environment. Overly rambunctious dogs, fast-moving young children, or unexpected approaches can make him feel overwhelmed.
