Needs experienced adopter,
Story
Sunny is a great adult girl who is 6 years young, perfect to know all the rules but enough energy to do all the activities. Sunny enjoys hiking as much a binge watching your favorite show, as long as you give her pets. Sunny can be a bit bossy with unruly dogs, but enjoys well mannered dog friends. Sunny has perfect house manners and is very accustomed to sleeping in my bed, and will expect this level of comfort in her new home too. :)

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Yankee!! He's great with kids, all people, all dogs. According to his foster....He does love to play with other dogs but he also loves his humans. Would be great for an active person or family who would take him on long walks (he easily did three miles today with my daughter and she would have gone more for him but my lab who was also with her was dying!), hikes, trail walks, etc. He is a FUN dog! Up for any adventure and super car companion. He's also great in his crate at night. Not a peep! He is so easy....totally crate trained, travels fine in the car, eats fine, wags his tail while he eats, no food aggression (eats in the same room as my labs, and I can stroke his back while he eats). He is not food/treat focused...tends to leave milk bones on the floor, chew bones he leaves in the yard. Yankee has a very soft mouth. He just needs basic training on come, sit, leash walking, jumping on people, counters. He's really a quite a gem! The adoption fee for this dog is $350 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter. Story
If you are interested in Wilson, please email stephferri@gmail.com and camille.level@lostdogrescue.org Wilson is the total package ... gorgeous looks, a loving personality, and high intelligence. He has many fans at Lost Dog, including a loyal team of volunteers who dote on this sweet boy! Wilson loves to be with his people. He wants all love and attention he can get. Even though he is 55 pounds, he will try and sit in your lap and nudge your hand for more pets if you dare to stop. Of course, he will always thank you with plenty of kisses too! Wilson seeks an experienced family who can provide mental and physical stimulation through exercise and training. Wilson is already housebroken, crate-trained, and knows some cues (sit, stay, down, and paw). He loves playing fetch, tug, toys, and going on hikes! Wilson would do best in a single-family home due to his excellent hearing, and he would love to be your one and only dog because he has so much love to share. You will hit the jackpot with Wilson, as the love and trust he pours into his humans are truly rewarding. Wilson is excited to find his forever home he can shower with love!

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Dixie is a sweet energetic young lady. She is 100% house trained and crate trained. She is super loving with the humans in the house and has clearly received training that helps her contain her excitement. She sits on command and loves belly rubs. She plays well with the other dogs in the house but is pretty high energy and loves to zoom around with them in the fenced back yard. She has met the cats in her foster home and she did bark at them through the baby gate. We will continue to evaluate her intentions with the cats. Thank you for your interest in Dixie A! Story
Anabelle came from a hoarding situation (as did Angel and Gillian) and it is pretty amazing that these dogs survived. Anabelle is a very quiet and gentle dog and very well-mannered. She is not in a foster home yet, but she is clean in her kennel and does not chew on anything. She is medium size at 40 pounds (the picture makes her look bigger).
