Story
Holly is a female pure breed Australian Shepherd, from California. I adapted her as a puppy in February 2021. She has lived in many different environments, including a city apartment, house, and briefly on a 14 acre farm. She is mostly adapted to apartments but would love an open yard or space to run in. She is great with children and incredibly loving, friendly, and gentle. She does not need “special attention” but she does need a lot of love and affection. I have struggled to give her the best attention and care since moving to D.C. for work and separating from my partner.

Story
Lora Lee is a very sweet dog that is just 2 years old and weighs 42 pounds.  She is said to be an Aussie mix with some Terrier.  Whatever the mix is we think she is a most unusual and truly a beautiful girl who well with other dogs in her foster home.  She is a friend to all and apparently she is house trained as long as taken out regular. Lola Lee is crate trained but cannot be left for long hours in the crate.  She is not leash trained  but is trying to improve.   We are requesting that applicants have a fenced yard for her because she is an active girl that needs to run and play with freedom and not at the end of a leash only. This beauty loves to cuddle and be by your side like your BFF and shadow. Story
Sweet Skye Man has come to us as one of three Aussie mix older pups that are still impressionably young at just 8 months and 19 pounds. This handsome, yet shy boy, is looking for a family that will fill his soul with love and affirmation and confidence building lessons every day. He and his siblings were raised in an outdoor kennel with little to no love and attention. They were merely fed, but yet eventually were released to our Critter Cavalry Rescue foster mom.  Skye Man  is a sponge for life lessons and he is so receptive to human touch and love.  He is the smaller pup from his litter of three that we have in our care now. He is comfortable in a crate, but needs leash training.  There's so many exciting experiences and a wonderful family waiting for him out there. All he needs to have is the moment he is discovered and someone contacts Critter Cavalry rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com to ask if they can adopt him. We know that day is coming soon. He is fully vetted and neutered and ready to hop on the van to the home in the Northeast region or to just merely meet a new family in Tennessee where he resides currently. This boy is a handsome young 18 month, 45 lbs. bobtail  Australian Shepherd called Ruger that needs an Aussie savvy home!  As you can see he has an outgoing smile and has so much personality and the ability to get along with everyone.  He has a happy and winning temperament and we were baffled at how he landed in the small TN shelter we took him from. This handsome boy is nothing but pure charm and love. We call him Blue Canyon and he is an Australian Shepherd mix but mostly Aussie. At about 2 to 3 years of age he is 45 lb and a real sweet boy. He greets strangers with a smile and a wagging tail like he expects you to be best friends very soon. He's good with other dogs and we can certainly cat test him but have not had a chance to do so. He seems to be the kind of dog that loves every creature and means no harm. Blue Canyon found himself in a very small shelter in Middle Tennessee. He doesn't belong there and Critter Cavalry is working on getting him secured to a foster home and then to a forever home quickly. He will be an active dog but not overly so. Loving, good on a leash that we can tell and smart enough to learn housebreaking rules quickly. He will be neutered immediately. He is a perfect size and a perfectly lovely dog to consider for your family. If you are interested in adopting or perhaps fostering please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.
