We started out as a litter of six, but our sister Laurel was recently adopted. Now, five of us are still waiting for our forever homes! Our mom, Maple, is a petite 18-pound Beagle mix who took wonderful care of us. Thanks to her, we are all happy, healthy, and thriving. According to our DNA test, we are 54.1% Beagle, 20.6% Shetland Sheepdog, and 8.1% Dachshund, with just a sprinkle of Chihuahua, Poodle and some other breeds mixed in. Since our mom is so small, we expect to stay on the smaller side once fully grown. Meet the crew: Birch (That’s me!): The biggest boy of the bunch, weighing in at 8 pounds at 8 weeks old. I am cuddly, easygoing, and Ash’s best buddy. With my tan coat, I look a bit like a miniature yellow Lab! Joshua: Our goofy, fun "baby brother." He has adorable shorter legs—definitely the Dachshund shining through! He's always up for a good wrestling match. Aspen: She was the runt of the litter, but she has caught up beautifully. Aspen is smart and independent—she was the first to wean, the first to master squeaky toys, and is already catching on to potty training!
