Story
I’m in the military and unfortunately I have a new job that takes too much of a time commitment for me to be able to give Roxie the life she deserves. She’s a sweet, loyal, playful dog. Always ready for some fun. She is a little bit anxious at times, but is crate trained, house trained and picks up tricks really really quickly. She’s a very intelligent dog that I have gotten comfortable with letting her offleash on walks and hikes where I can see her. I want to find her the right home, so it would be no cost and you would get everything I have for her.

I’m moving and sadly can’t take ellie with me. I also just had a baby and so she hasn’t been getting the attention she deserves for a while. She’s very sweet and loves to play. Her favorite is fetch, she could play that for hours. She’s high energy so she would love a home with a yard and someone who could give her the attention and time that she craves. She’s very sweet with my baby and other dogs. Text me for any questions! (xxx) xxx-xxxx

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Delilah "Lilah", a beautiful border collie mix who is as rambunctious as she is cute. She is only about 9 months old, and is 31lbs. Lilah has come a long way in the past month, and she is learning that humans can be pretty cool, especially when they supply you with treats and toys! As soon as she arrived to her foster home, she became best friends with my other 2 dogs and now has them wrapped around her little tail. She loves running around the house and wrestling with her foster dog brothers. She has a very dominant personality and can be nippy, so she would do best with another dog that is more submissive or in a home where she is the only fur baby. She is very much a herder, and she has the intense herder stance perfected. She hasn't been around cats, but because of her herding tendencies, I'd guess that she wouldn't do well with them. I would also say that she would do best in a home without small children due to her nippiness and fear of sudden movements. Lilah is house trained and crate trained and stays in her crate at night and when alone during the day. She loves her chew toys, and has not shown any desire to chew on things she shouldn't. She is working on walking with a leash, but she does have a lot of work ahead of her with this, as she attempts to chase every car that goes by. Like I said, she is rambunctious! But she is so loving, and she will crawl into your lap and shows affection by licking your face. Lilah has shown resilience and strength, and she now needs someone who believes in her as much as I do. She is eager to please and she is very smart, and with consistent training, I know she will thrive. If you think Delilah Lilah could be the girl for you, apply to meet her today at  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 27, 2023, 7:18 pm

Story
Maverick is a 3 year old male Australian shepherd. He weighs about 60 lbs and is in good health, Maverick is also fixed. He is very obedient, and house trained. He is a pleasant and cuddly dog, he will follow you around anywhere. He does have some separation anxiety. He is currently medicated for it but could probably get by with enough exercise, the medication has just worked wonders for us. He also occasionally has muscle spasms, we took him to the vet a few times for them but there really aren’t straight answers. They don’t hurt him, just looks a little scary for a few minutes a couple times a year. I LOVE this dog and the only reason I’m giving him up is because I’m going through a divorce and he needs a more stable home. I don’t want money for him, just want to know he is going to a good home.

Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Charly is a 2yr mini Australian shepherd mix. The sire is unknown, but was described as a "reservation dog" - the dame's owner is native American and her female purebred mini Aussie got surprise impregnated on a trip home. We got Charly at 10 weeks, met her mom & siblings, all seemed fun family pet types. Charly is smart & fun, moderately high energy but also nervous and stand-offish around strangers. We have a 14 yr male cat and 5 yr male lab-mix dog that she gets along great with. Charly rough plays with our cat but they both enjoy it and cuddle nicely after. She is more dominant of our dog but not aggressively so. She has no problem showing her belly to any of our immediate family members. On family gatherings though she hides and acts nervous. She has nipped kids fingers before at least 2x. Clearly seems not the type to be alone with small children, which is our only problem. We're almost "empty-nesters" and new grandparents, and have lots of children around.
