Story

Valentino or “Tino” was born on 10/15/2016. He is still a big baby. Give him a fuzzy blanket and he will knead and suckle. He is very easily identifiable because of his different colored ears. He was the most unique in his litter. Tino discovered his love for the outdoors when he would go for walks as a kitten. Now he can barely stand to be indoors, unless it is snowing out. He prefers to roam free but will always come home for food, cuddles and sleep. He will follow you on a walk around the neighborhood. Tino likes wet food and not dry food, but he will sometimes tolerate it. He also likes homemade pate containing chicken, liver and sweet potatoes. He loves to be held and pet. He does well with other cats so long as they are friendly and not territorial, otherwise he will run and hide. He will also run away at the sight of rambunctious toddlers. He will do best in a quiet and calm home.

Hello Skittles is a beautiful little guy for sure! Unfortunately we are unable to keep him due to my health declining and needing open abdomen surgery, he is trained but does occasionally have some issues going outside of the box, most likely something that can be fixed behaviorally I’m sure! We adopted from a woman a year and a half ago and he was very very scared of everything! He has come a LONG way with that seeing as we have a household of kiddos and a senior dog, however he may require and quieter setting with someone who has the patience and love to help this little guy grow calmer and feel safe. With him being sort of skittish it’s been virtually impossible to brush him so again he needs someone who’s willing to work on that with him or that can afford grooming with his long fur! Please message me with any questions, I’m looking for the best home possible for skittles he deserves it ❤️

Jasper is a handsome boy, approximately 5-7 years old. He was found living outside, sickly and needed help. Jasper is doing well at the shelter, but will require medication throughout his life. Jasper suffers from what appears to be feline herpes, so he has days where he is congested and sneezes often. Jasper would love a home with someone who understands the care special need cats require, he loves big sunny windows to watch the birds and soak up the sun. Apollo is 4yrs old (just turned 4 in August). He is very friendly, however, can be shy towards new people at first. He’s very active & talkative lol. He loves to cuddle. He also has thumbs! He has a sensitive stomach towards certain foods. We’ve only given him foods (wet & dry) that specifically say for sensitive stomach. He is fixed. Litter trained. He’s never been an outdoor cat. He adapts to new environments easily. Overall, he is a great cat but unfortunately we have two others that he does not get along with.
