She is 4 years old, very healthy and active. She is always curious about where you are and what you're doing but still wants to be left alone. She is social and gets along with strangers or acquaintances. She shows affection in her own way: she loves to sleep next to your feet at night and comes to you when you call her name. She isnt always a lap cat but if she is fed and the house is cold, she will definitely use a portion of your blanket. She is okay with kids but usually tries to avoid them. She has never scratched my toddler. She is a huge foodie and will often ask you for a bite of whatever you're eating.

Story

Kiyoko is a pandemic cat, so she’s very people-oriented and loves attention. She’s extremely affectionate once she bonds with you, but like most cats, she comes on her own time and needs her space respected at first. She can be anxious around other animals, vets, and new people, especially if they move too fast or invade her space, but she is genuinely very sweet and loving once she feels safe. She just needs a patient and calm environment to open up. She was my emotional support animal in college, and even my roommates, who she didn’t like at first, eventually fell in love with her. It was definitely an enemies to lovers situation. She loves watching projectors, sleeping by your feet, and sitting with you while you get ready in the morning. Due to ongoing allergies and some health issues, I’m no longer able to care for her the way she deserves, so I’m looking for a safe, loving home where she can feel comfortable and cared for.

Meet Tipper, a pretty torbico, tricolor with tabby stripes, adult cat, who had successfully birthed and reared several litters of kittens before a Good Samaritan took her off the street, got her spayed and into an adoption program. Tipper is a very friendly, even-tempered cat who enjoys being a companion animal and eating well. She especially likes treats, her favorites are Inaba Churu lickables and Temptations. Tipper has been in a foster home for about 10 weeks, and loves hanging out with the resident cats. She has excellent litter box skills and works her cardboard and carpeted cat tree scratchers hard. Tipper loves to be petted and plays with balls and strings; she enjoys being with people almost as much as she does with cats. She plans to be a house cat forever. Tipper is a very calm, even-tempered cat. She gets her name from the light-colored tip of her tail. Tipper has not, to her foster’s knowledge, met any children. With properly supervised introductions she would likely do well with them. She has not reacted to a cat-loving medium sized dog who visits. She’d love a great home and a kitty to hang out with.
