Bonded Brother Cats Seeking Loving Home Meet these beautiful five-year-old brothers—one black, one gray—looking for their next family. Both are healthy, long-haired, and weigh about 12 pounds each. Personalities: The black brother is playful and loves to be petted. The gray brother is more reserved but equally affectionate, with an especially rumbly purr. They enjoy the occasional wrestling match together. Both are great with children and people of all ages. We would love to keep them but are moving and unable to bring them along. Hoping to find them a wonderful home—ideally together.

Story
Lucy – Available for Adoption Lucy was one of Joni’s cats. BFF needs to find purr’fect homes for all of Joni’s cats. She was named after one of Joni’s best friends. Lucy is a quiet cat that keeps to herself. In Joni’s words from 2024: “Black cats are awesome but I never had a desire for owning one. Of course doing rescue I've had many black cats and kittens. Love them all but my favorite has always been orange or tabbies. Well at night I sleep with 2 black cats on my bed and one on my bedside table that wants to get on the bed. How the hell did this happen? This is my Lucy Lu. Named after a very wonderful friend of mine who was frightened to death of cats. She too was black and beautiful. She passed away a few years ago about the time I rescued Lucy as a feral kitten and after socializing I couldn't let her go. My friend Lucy would be so proud to know I named my beauty after her. Lucy gets along well with everyone. She doesn't like to be picked up. Only bothers me at night when she flops her big ass self on top of me in bed demanding I pet her. Since Jojo has been gone, she loved Jojo, she at night in bed with us would groom him. Now she has become my new stalker. Nowhere as bad as my Jojo but she now craves more attention. Took over his spot on the table swatting my backside as I'm at the sink. I love this gorgeous black cat. Always have. I sometimes walk around house singing Lucy Lu I love you.” Lucy is approximately 6 years old, spayed, negative for FeLV and FIV and will be up-to-date on her vaccinations. Story
Grey – Available for Adoption Grey is a 9-year-old male grey & white cat that prefers to be your one & only. He is very shy, but often comes out when people he is familiar with walk in the room - though doesn’t like to be approached quickly. He likes to be pet, can be picked up (to be moved, not held standing up - though he’ll sit next to people, and occasionally on a lap). He is food motivated, loves cat nip and is very interested in feather toys - though not ones that make noise. Grey along with his sibling Sweet Pea (who neither want to live with each other) were rescued by a good Samaritan after they ran out of a dumpster that was recently delivered to her Quincy home from Chelsea for a construction job. The pair along with a third feral kitten were trapped and vetted by BFF in 2016 and returned to the finder. Due to her recent passing, the pair are now looking for a new home (the 3rd cat is staying with the finder’s daughter.) Grey is approximately 9 years old, neutered and negative for FeLV and FIV. If you are interested in meeting him, contact Boston's Forgotten Felines on Facebook or at catadoptions@bostonsforgottenfelines.org

Story
Enid & Pugsley – Available for Adoption Meet Enid & Pugsley: two of the most rambunctious, comedic and snuggly kittens around! Enid & Pugsley are littermates who will always find each other before a nap, and who love to chase each other all over the apartment! These kittens have energy to burn, and their favorite things to do include climbing tall cat trees, chasing toy springs, and bugging their feline foster siblings. Pugsley is the snugglier of the bunch. He’s also the more energetic and bigger of the two. He loves to jump on all surfaces (even the one's he's not supposed to), try new cat foods and treats, and play with wand toys. He’s pretty mischievous and is always eager to explore! But when Pugsley’s energy runs out, he beelines for his foster mom and cuddles right up. He’s always underfoot, and even sits by his foster mom as she applies makeup. Enid is the more serious and intellectual of the two! She’s more cautious with her affections, but once she gets to know you, she’ll flop over and show you her belly. She’s an expert athlete: catapulting in the air as her foster dad plays with wand toys, successfully playing fetch, and chasing after her brother. Like Pugsley, as soon as she’s tired, Enid looks for a human or cat to cuddle with, and promptly passes out. These two absolutely adore other cats, and took no time to ingratiate themselves with their foster feline siblings. While both love to be the center of attention, they also respond well to redirection. Pugsley & Enid’s ideal home is with people who know how energetic and chaotic kittens can be, and who have a lot of time and love to dedicate to these superstars. These kittens are quick to love and are hysterical to watch! They love being around humans and other cats, and want to spend as much time socializing as possible. Since being at their foster, they’ve attended a Super Bowl party, met a baby, successfully ridden in several long car rides, and have fallen in love with their foster grandparents in the burbs. Because these two are so confident and socialized, they’d be great in a home with other cats, and would probably do well with children and dogs! The world is their oyster, and they’re ready to fill a home with joy and laughter! Enid & Pugsley are 4 months old, fixed, and up-to-date on all their shots. If you are interested in meeting them, contact Boston's Forgotten Felines on Facebook or at catadoptions@bostonsforgottenfelines.org
