Story
The Papa/Cody pups are still available, and their adoption fee is $450. They are approximately 11 weeks old and currently weigh between 3.5–5 lbs. They’re sweet, typical puppies who came to us as owner surrenders due to health issues. The owner reported that they are Chug/Winnie mixes. They have already received two rounds of vaccinations, a fecal test, microchips, and their spay/neuter surgeries. They will still need two additional rounds of vaccinations, as well as their rabies vaccine — all of which we cover after adoption.Because they are still very young, they are not house-trained and will need full training and continued socialization with people and other animals to ensure they grow up confident and comfortable. Please note that adopters must live within one hour of our facility and be 21 or older to adopt. If you’d like to schedule a meet-and-greet and potentially adopt, please let us know.

Story
Travis is a 1.5 year old, 13 lb Dachshund mix. He has such handsome markings and soulful eyes. He and nine other small dogs were dumped in East Texas, and Humane Tomorrow took them all into our adoption program. Foster mom says that he is very calm, loves cuddles, and enjoys snuggling under a blanket. He is even starting to show his playful side. Travis will be timid at first, so he needs adopters who will be patient with him and give him time and space to build trust, a calm environment where he feels safe and secure. With love and consistency, he will blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion. If you would like to give Travis a forever home that really does last forever, please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
