He and his brother, Squiggy, were rescued off the streets of New Orleans. Their finder wanted to help them but was already at their pet limit, so the boys were transferred to us to find a safe, permanent home together.Like his brother, Lenny is in good health, just slightly underweight, and has been cleared by our veterinary team. He is shy and standoffish at first, and he needs time and reassurance before he begins to show his true personality. Once he feels secure, he becomes incredibly sweet — and he and Squiggy share funny, endearing little quirks that make them a joy to watch.The adoption fee for the bonded pair is $400.Because we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we aren’t able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.Upon intake, every animal receives:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age‑appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7–10 days after adoptionAdopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.If you’d like to meet Lenny, we’d be happy to help.
