Story

Chief is 6 years old. I had him since he was 8 weeks old. Got him at the beginning of the pandemic. He has been house trained since he was 4 months. Chief is full of energy and loves to play with his rope. He is not a fan of car rides. He thinks he is suppose to ride in your lap like a small dog.. lol. He is a digger but if he stays active and given attention he tends to dig less. He loves getting baths but tries to eat the water during the process. He loves looking out the window. He is loving and loyal. He is friendly around children. He hasn't had much exposure to other dogs but in his encounters he has not been aggressive. He loves belly rubs and tugging with ropes. He also loves blankets but they don't last long in his possession. Chief will make a great pet for someone needing a loyal and gentle companion. I would love for Chief to be rehomed to a veteran. I believe he will bring joy, fun and security and love.

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Wetumpka, AL Meet Annie! She is a 4-year-old Australian Shepherd and weighs 60 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Annie is nervous around strangers and dogs! She hasn’t been tested around older children or cats. No younger children or dogs, due to her reactivity! She is housebroken and crate-trained but will submissively urinate sometimes because of her fear. The owner is surrendering her because of her severe anxiety from a previous home. He is unable to provide the training that Annie needs. She needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Annie, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. Hello! Here are some things you should know about Benny. We got Benny when he was just 2 months old from a family member. He is now 5 months old and is very well behaved. He is both a indoor and outdoor dog. He definitely loves people and enjoys playing. Unfortunately my family can no longer keep him for I am occupied taking care of my special needs child and toddler. I’m hoping to find a loving family that has experience with pets and has time to take care of him.

She is a really loyal girl, and in the right hands with the right person she could do really great things, but she is too reactive to animals smaller than her. NO CATS OR SMALL CHILDREN!! She is so scared of them she becomes aggressive towards them. She’s very calm, quiet and handles storms really well. She has a lot of personality, she’s crate trained, she has a problem with digging through the trash when no one is around. Beeping collars work best with her, she is also muzzle trained.

We have a mixed dog that showed up under our porch after an intense storm. He and his sister were scared and abandoned. We were able to rehome the sister but have not been able to find a home for the male. We have been desperately hopeful. We have gotten him neutered and continue to care for him but he is a very demanding breed.We are unable to give “Buddy” the Belgium malinois mix the attention and training he so desperately needs. He is around 2 years old. He is so active … can run so fast and needs to have plenty of room to be free and show off his agility.
