Story
Thank you for your interest in Jasmine. Jasmine lives in a foster home near Montevallo. We would be happy to set up a meet and greet for an approved adopter. Jasmine was a stray and no one looked for her. We are picking her breed based on looks. She’s probably got a dozen breeds in her DNA, that make her adorable. She’s got a brindle pattern on her back that could change as she ages, or not. She’s estimated to be 14 weeks old, 19 pounds, she is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro chipped, dewormed, and receiving parasite prevention. Jasmine lives in a foster home with an older couple, and several adult dogs of various ages. She’s doing great on her crate training and will choose the security of her crate at times. $275 adoption fee. Fenced yard and vet reference preferred. Adopter should fill out the application online. Story
Thank you for your interest in adopting Maggie. Maggie lives in a Montevallo Foster home and we would be happy to set up a meet and greet for an adopter. Maggie is approximately three years old. She was roaming stray in rural Alabama for almost a year that we are aware. When we rescued her, she spent three weeks at the vet, and then she went into her foster home where she has thrived. Maggie is crate trained, but she doesn’t spend much time in her crate. She enjoys time in the yard when the weather is good, napping on the sofa, she sits for her treats, and she plays with her friend Charlie every day. For anyone consider considering a pair of dogs, we would absolutely do a two for one special for Maggie and Charlie to go together. Maggie is about 50 pounds and she will not grow any larger. We do not know her breeds without a DNA test. She’s probably a mixture of 10 different breeds of dogs. With her tight coat and maybe a little shape of her head, she may have some type of bully breed in her. Maggie is spayed, rabies, up-to-date on all vaccines, microchip, heartworm, negative, and receiving monthly parasite prevention. We will require a true fence yard for Maggie because she was stray for almost a year. Serious Adopters should fill out the application online and we would be happy to reach out to you. https://form.jotform.com/212574701956157

Story
Oreo is about 6 years old and he’s still has plenty of energy he’s loves getting in water and going on walks. He’s really loves being with the family. I unfortunately came to the decision though to rehome because we don’t give him the necessity he needs such as the time to be with him. I hope whoever gets Oreo takes good care of him and gives bunch of love.

Story
Molly is a sweet, gentle girl who needs a forever person. She walks well on a leash. I rescued her, so I don't know much about her past. I've had her about 2 months, but I have learned a few things just by talking to her. She is afraid of small spaces. She won't go in the bathroom, and is just now venturing into the edge of the kitchen. Molly absolutely LOVES squeaky toys and does not chew them to get the noisemaker out... just bites them and shakes them to make them squeak. She also loves bones. She takes treats very slowly and gently. I can't keep her because I'm elderly and she will outlive me, so I need to help her find her forever person soon, because we are becoming friends, and this isn't a forever situation for her.

Story
Meet Gladys, a petite bundle of sweetness packed with an extra dose of charm! All this precious lady desires is a cozy home where she can bask in the love she deserves. Gladys favorite thing in the whole world is riding in the car…she can’t get enough!! She’s made for road trips! Gladys is an adorable little jumping bean who loves having fun! Officially deemed Queen of Cuddles. Excellent in her crate, house trained, and a big fan of a doggie door. While Gladys enjoys gentle playtime with calm pooches, her foster believes she's destined to be your one true love. Hurt by dogs in the past have her a bit wary as rough play can sometimes be misinterpreted. Bashful at first, but playing hard to get is just temporary. Gladys will have your heart for keeps in no time! Celebrates her birthdate as 9/14/2019, a perfect snuggly 30 lbs., vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. Gladys is ready to bless someone or a family with all that she is!
