Story
Locum was a rescue dog from the humane society that recently turned three years old. Locum is a very friendly and playful dog and he is great with kids. As our two boys are getting older and their schedule is keeping us busier and busier with their activities after work and school, Locum is not getting the regular walks and attention he deserves. Locum is looking for a new home where someone can walk him regularly and hang out with him more in the afternoons.

Story
I found Louie at a gas station in Tarrant, AL. It was freezing outside and he wandered up to my car. I got him some food and water and asked anyone if they had seen him around before or if he belonged to one of the houses on the street behind. No one had, and I could not just leave him there. He was missing patches of fur and was very skinny, but in spite of all that he was so sweet. I took him home and got him to the vet the next day. They tested him for heart worms and any other diseases and all tests came back clean. His fur is completely grown back and he is a healthy 50 pounds now. I have two German Shepards and a pit mix of my own, and they all get along and play together. The male dogs have started to butt heads more and we realize three male dogs might be too much for our house. He is the sweetest dog and would thrive in a single dog household. We are happy to foster as long as we need to.

Story
This is Luna. She's an almost 8yo Lab Mix who loves walks, snuggles on the couch, and chewing on her bones. Even though she's nearing 8, she's still very spry. She can endure long hikes with no aid and can, more times than not, outrun even experienced hikers. We have to re-home her because of work demands, but she's a really sweet dog. She's house broken, loves kids, doesn't bite, but does chew things left in her kennel (so be warned). She really needs a home that can give her the exercise she needs. Otherwise she gets really sad and won't leave your side until she get at least a belly rub. She really enjoys being in the same room as folks. She doesn't have any special needs, aside the walks, and does respond to calls. We really just want her to go to a family that will love her

Story
We brought him home from a shelter, and it's become clear that our current dog is not adjusting well to having a puppy in the household. It breaks our hearts but we want to do what's best for both dogs and help him thrive in a home that's a better fit. He is an extremely sweet puppy, loves to cuddle, listens well, sleeps through the night, and has done great with kennel training.
