Story
Meet Star — the shining star of the dog world (and possibly the backyard splash zone).Star is housebroken, knows her basic commands, and has great manners, so she already understands important things like “sit,” “stay,” and “humans appreciate when I don’t redecorate the house.” She’s a friendly girl who reportedly gets along great with other dogs, adults, and kids, making her an easy addition to just about any family. Her biggest hobby? Water. Lots of water. Kiddie pools, sprinklers—if it splashes, Star is in. Think of her as your personal part-time dog, part-time lifeguard. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful pup with good manners and a goofy love of water, Star is ready to make a splash in your life.

Story
Meet Merle! Merle is an eight-month-old sweetheart with a playful personality and one very important belief: he is absolutely a lap dog. Size? Irrelevant. If there’s a lap nearby, Merle is convinced it’s meant for him. This goofy boy loves to play, explore, and hang out with his people. After a little fun, he’s happiest snuggling up as close as possible—preferably right on top of you—because personal space is overrated in Merle’s world. Merle is available for pre-adoption pending his neuter surgery, which means he can go home with his new family today but will need to return for his scheduled surgery appointment. If you’re looking for a playful, cuddly pup who will happily double as a weighted blanket, Merle might just be your guy!
