Story
I acquired this female mixed breed pup from the Animal Shelter for a friend who was having surgery. The dog was to provide companionship but due to medical issues, my friend cannot manage the care of this young dog. She is 18 months old & she knows sit & leave it. She is affectionate & has had no accidents in the house & appears to be easy to train with other commands. I have 2 dogs currently & due to HOA rules, I cannot have a third dog. I hope to find a family where she can be present whike children are growing up. Thank you for yor time to read this summary. B Bennett

Story
Lyla is a sweet dog who’s better independent but gets along with other dogs just fine, doesn’t like new dogs in her home but loves the dog park. She becomes defensive over her home and takes a second to warm up to new faces in her home but will make friends once she feels safe around the new person. She’s not great with kids as she doesn’t like rambunctious activities around her. She would do great with someone who works from home as she gets anxious when people are gone which is a big issue with my work schedule and will be even worse now that I’ve moved. She needs a yard her favorite place is sun bathing outside. I’ve had her all her life and as shes gotten older she’s less tolerant of guest and loses patients with my girls puppy and my other dog, she’s very intelligent and gets spiteful, a quiet home with a home body human and a yard is what she needs.

Story
Meet Dancin Giovannis, a beautiful black greyhound with a sleek coat, graceful build, and a soft, expressive face that will melt your heart. Born on 9/8/23, Giovannis is a gentle young lady with a tender, thoughtful nature. She takes in the world with quiet curiosity and is ready to blossom in a home filled with patience, love, and reassurance. She prefers the company of 2 other confident dogs (maybe another Greyhound) to help show her "the ropes". She needs a 6 foot fenced yard. Would love someone who understands patience and love to help her blossom with no young children. Giovannis is just beginning to experience all the comforts of family life—soft beds, kind voices, and the simple joys of being a cherished companion. With steady guidance and affection, she will continue to grow into a devoted and loving addition to her forever family. Even more special? Her sister, Dancin Catlady, is also available for adoption. These lovely girls can be adopted together as a very special pair of sisters, offering twice the beauty and twice the love. Watching them grow and thrive side by side would be a truly rewarding experience. If you’re ready to open your heart to one sweet girl—or an incredible sister duo—complete our application at: 🌐 www.goldcoastgreyhounds.org.
