Story
Akon lives in New Port Richey, Florida.Akon is approx 7 years old. He is a very loving and protective dog. Housetrained and always lets you know when he has to go out. Loves to play. He was actually my granddaughters dog but i somehow ended up with him when she had a baby and moved. No one comes to my house without me knowing it. Very loving. I hope someone who needs a loving dog finds it in their heart to take him in. I am 70 now I do have health issues but will be doing a lot of traveling in the near future and do not feel it is fair to board him when he is used to being free in his home.

Story
Meet Nugget! This handsome, 23 lb gentleman is a “bigger boy” by Limbo Chihuahuas standards, and we think he may have some Shiba Inu in him. Nugget is sweet, loving, and loyal with his people. He can be a bit shy around new dogs at first, but once he’s comfortable, he loves to romp and play with his canine friends. Estimated at 8 years old, Nugget is neutered, house-trained, and up to date on vaccinations. This very good boy loves his people and will reward you with cuddles, gentle smiles, and goofy play. If you’re looking for a kind-hearted companion with the perfect mix of mellow and playful, Nugget’s your guy. For more information on this pup or to adopt, please visit our web page at www.limbochihuahuas.org. Our application process includes a home visit and veterinarian and/or personal check. Story
This sweet boy showed up in my driveway. He was totally emaciated, full of fleas and flea anemic, dehydrated, full of hook worms and whipworms, and unfortunately heartworm positive. I have completed the treatment course for the worms and fleas, he just had his heartworm treatment this week. Unfortunately, He can't be neutered for 6 months until he can retest for heartworms. He is a mini pit, approximately 6-7 years old. Very sweet disposition, fully house trained, doesn't chew on anything except his own toys/bones, doesn't bark (but will howl when lonely), does well in the crate but I mostly leave him out. He does well with my other dogs, the cat he is curious about but not sure how they would do together. He's done well with my teenage kids but I don't have littles.

Story
Olivia is an adorable 6-year-old pug mix with just a touch of Frenchie charm. She’s sweet, loving, energetic, and surprisingly athletic for her size, weighing about 25 pounds. Her owner recently suffered a fall and is unfortunately no longer able to care for her. Olivia was originally rescued at around 1 year old after experiencing severe abuse, but thanks to years of love and excellent care, she has completely come out of her shell and overcome that difficult start in life. Today, Olivia is a happy, affectionate dog who loves both people and other dogs. She does great at the small dog park and has lots of energy. She would probably excel at agility or any activity where she can stay active and engaged. She loves walks, exploring the yard, and learning new things — she even learned to use the dog door very quickly. Olivia knows basic commands, is fully house-trained, and is up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea and tick medications. She doesn’t chew on things that aren’t hers, loves belly rubs, and is truly a wonderful all-around companion. She deserves a loving home where she can continue to thrive and share her sweet personality. For more information on this pup or to adopt, please visit our web page at www.limbochihuahuas.org. Our application process includes a home visit and veterinarian and/or personal check. Story
Chance is a playful, curious, affectionate and active dog! So, he needs 2 - 3 walks a day and/or a shaded fenced in yard. I rescued him from a shelter because he was not doing well in that environment. He’s been thriving with me but I have a senior, special needs dog so I cannot keep Chance long term. He’s smart and independent with quite the personality! One evening, I noticed he dragged a blanket from the top of his opened crate and formed another bed out of it. He understands basic commands like Sit, Stay and Shake and is unique in that he doesn’t shed or bark much but instead air bites when excited. He also plays well with dogs at day care. He has been sleeping in a papason chair he claimed as his own.Special note! If the person/family who adopts Chance lives within an hour of me, I'm willing to dog sit him for free when they go on vacation. The details can be worked out upon adoption.

Story
Tiger is almost 5 years old. He is a pure breed working line German Shepard so he has a lot of energy. He likes to play fetch and run around. He knows commands of heel, place, off, sit, lay down, stay. He was trained at a dog trainer. I’m looking for someone who has a decent sized yard and has the time to really give him the attention he needs.
