Story
Jax is very sweet and loves to play. He loves all people, including new people. He does not like other animals, and is a little anxious at times. He is especially scared of storms and even rain. I adopted him from the Human Society 6 years ago, he was 2 at time, now 8 years old. Still has a lot of energy and doesn't show any signs of old age. He has been a great addition to my home, but he needs someone who is going to able to give him attention. I am gone a lot with my job, and now I am moving with my job and will not be able to take him with me. I am extremely sad to leave him and he was a great companion for 6 years. I hope that he ends up with someone who loves him and wants to give him lots of attention and play time. Jax will be best with someone who has a yard so he can run around and play fetch, it may be difficult if he doesn't have his own space since he doesn't like other dogs.

Story
Chance is a playful, curious, affectionate and active dog! So, he needs three walks a day and/or a shaded fenced in yard. I rescued him from a shelter because he was not doing well in that environment. He’s been thriving with me but I have a senior, special needs dog so I cannot keep Chance long term. He’s smart and independent with quite the personality! One evening, I noticed he dragged a blanket from the top of his opened crate and formed another bed out of it. He understands basic commands like Sit, Stay and Shake and is unique in that he doesn’t shed or bark much but instead fly bites when excited. He also plays well with dogs at day care. Special note! If the person/family who adopts Chance lives within an hour of me, I'm willing to dog sit him for free when they go on vacation. The details can be worked out upon adoption.

Story
Meet Kaylee, a spunky 4-year-old Chihuahua Jack Russell mix with a big personality packed into her small frame! Kaylee is spayed, utd on her vaccines, microchipped and ready to start her new chapter with the right family. She's active, playful, and loves to "chat" with you. Her talkative nature will always keep you smiling! Kaylee would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard where she can run and play to her heart's content. She's best suited as the only pet - no cats or other dogs - so she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves. If you're looking for a fun, loyal companion who will brighten your days, Kaylee is waiting to meet you! Story
I rescued moose when he was roughly 5 months old. He is now a little over 1 year. He is a beautiful dog, very energetic and loves playing fetch. He needs a home with a yard to exert that energy or someone who has the time to give him the playtime he needs. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Story
Beau is a 5-yr old beautiful pure breed chocolate shitzu. I have a female shitzu that he had 6 puppies with 3-years ago. We love him to pieces and he is very spoiled, but we kept one male puppy and they do not get along. Specifically at night time when they both want to sleep with me. they both very much want my undivided attention. He loves to play with balls, loves chew sticks, eats cheese, and loves to cuddle. Beau is up to date on all his shots, takes flea & heart-worm prevention monthly, and needs to be professionally groomed every 4-5 weeks. I tried very hard to keep his family together. He has lived with my daughter for 2-yrs now, but she is in school and the responsibility is daunting for her. I pick him up 3-days a week so he is not alone. He has mild anxiety and definitely needs companionship. My ideal new family for him would spoil him like we do and give him lots of love. He is a good boy and I want him to be happy and thrive in a new forever home:) 🐶

Story
Oreo/ Largo Available for adoption www.VIPRESCUE.org Breed: Papillon Mix Age: 7 yr young Sex: Male Weight: 16 lb (needs to lose some) Color: White/Black Gets along with dogs: yes - Prefers to be your one love Gets along with Cats: Unknown Kids: Adult only home Are you looking for a chill guy who loves short walks, hanging out in the yard or in front of the TV with you? Then you absolutely need to meet 7 year old Oreo! Another cutie Ms. Betsy saw when she was at Animal Services picking up Macy. Oreo’s family could no longer care for him, so they surrendered him so he could find another home. Well, little Oreo hit the jackpot because he came into our rescue! This little boy had a lumpy bump on his tummy, and a cherry eye. Both have been taken care of by our “dog” ter, He does have an ulcer in one of his eyes which will require daily eye drops that are not expensive, and this good boy takes his drops like a champ! Oreo literally races to the couch so he can get the primo snuggle spot pressed up against foster Moms leg. When it’s time for nite nite, he races over and jumps into foster mom’s arms so she can put him in his bed. He’s not into the dog type of bed, he’s definitely a people bed kind of pup! Ha! In the morning, he will go out to do his business, then come in for a snuggle on your lap while you have your coffee. He adores food, but needs to lose a few pounds and is now on a healthy diet. Though he would love to spend all day with you, he understands you have to go out sometimes, he will gladly nap on the couch til you get home, but watch out! He turns into a fanboy like at Comic-Con and you are his favorite character! There is no possible way anyone could be any happier than Oreo when you get home. Doesn’t everyone want their very own fan club? Then Oreo is the boy for you! Oreo would prefer an adult only home where he will be your only “child”, he gets along with other dogs, but does prefer to be your one and only. Please keep in mind he will need to be groomed every 8-10 weeks and that can run anywhere from $60.00 ~$120.00 per visit, so you’ll need to prepare for that in your budget. Oreo is fully vetted, he’s been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, had a dental and is on his heartworm and flea prevention. How about it, does he sound like your dream doggie? He sure hopes so. Please visit www.viprescue.org to fill out an adoption application for this amazing boy! Adoption Requirements: You must be a Florida resident, and be at least 25 years of age to adopt. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, be current on all vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care. If you’ve had more than one Vet in the past 3 years, please provide all the names and number for each vet. This breed typically lives 15-18 years, so please keep that lifespan in mind, as your age should be appropriate for the pets estimated lifespan. All of us at VIP Rescue are Volunteers, with families, jobs and pets of our own, so please be kind and patient. We select the most fitting application for the dog, not necessarily the timeliest adoption application. Please make sure to read the entire bio on the pet you’re interested in before applying to adopt to make sure you meet the pets needs. Thank you for thinking rescue.
