Story
I rescued Tessa back in October and she has been an amazing dog so far. She is 4 yeats old, super sweet, loves laying in the sun, knows basic commands, and is kennel trained. She does well in the car as we have went on a few road trips. An ideal home for Tessa would be a home where she can get daily exercise. She would be fine as the only pet or in a home with other pets. She would probably do better in a home with bigger dogs as she tends to not realize her size when she plays with smaller dogs.

Story
Noggin is a 2.5-year-old mixed breed with a big heart, a sharp mind, and a love for life that really shines once he feels comfortable. He hails from the Cayman Islands, bringing a little island spirit with him wherever he goes.Noggin is an active, curious boy who loves playing in water and truly enjoys meeting other dogs. When it comes to playtime, he especially loves to bunny hop and run around with a canine friend, and having dog buddies is a big confidence booster for him. He often feels most comfortable taking cues from other dogs and may do especially well in a home with another friendly, social dog to help show him the ropes. He’s a smart pup who is food motivated and treats are absolutely his currency of choice. That makes him a great candidate for continued training and confidence-building with positive reinforcement. At 2 years old, Noggin does have energy (as most young dogs do), but it’s very manageable with regular exercise, enrichment, and structure.Noggin can be flighty and cautious, especially in unfamiliar situations, and he is particularly afraid of cars. He prefers to approach new things on his own terms and would thrive in a patient, understanding home that will move at his pace and continue helping him feel safe and secure. When it comes to toys, Noggin is an enthusiastic chewer, so he’ll need durable, heavy-duty toys to keep him busy and happy. Mental enrichment, treats, and appropriate chew items go a long way in helping him settle.Noggin is looking for a home that understands that trust takes time, but once you earn it, you’ll have a loyal companion who just wants to belong. With consistency, patience, and love, Noggin has so much potential to blossom into an incredible best friend.***We have recently discovered that Noggin likes the pool`!***
