The owner is also unable to provide the exercise that they need.* Meet Asher (red merle)! He is an 5 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 56 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention. Asher is good with kids, dogs and farm animals! He can be protective around strangers inside of the home, especially if they scream. No cats, because he will chase them! Meet Whiskey (red bi)! He is an 4 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention. Asher is good with kids, dogs and farm animals! Story
Meet Cookie, a delightful 2-year-old Frenchie/Chihuahua mix with a big personality packed into a small, 10 lb adorable frame! This spunky little girl is the perfect blend of playful and sweet—always curious about the world and ready for her next adventure. Cookie adores her toys and can entertain herself for hours, but she’ll happily remind you when it’s time for your turn to play (a gentle nose boop is her favorite way to say, “Hey, pay attention to me!”). Though she can be a bit shy when meeting new people, Cookie warms up quickly and soon reveals her goofy, affectionate side. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would love a furry friend to romp around with. Fully vetted—spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and on preventative—Cookie is ready to start her next chapter with a family who will cherish her lively spirit and loving heart. Story
Meet Cricket – The Sweetest Snuggle Bug Around! This beautiful 3-year-old girl is an absolute lovebug whose favorite thing in the world is a good belly rub! Once she knows you, she’ll happily curl up in your lap for cuddles and naps. Cricket loves to play and would thrive in a home with another friendly dog around her age to keep her company. She’s still regaining her confidence after spending time in the shelter, so she’ll need a patient, gentle family to help her continue to blossom. Give her about a week, and you’ll have a loyal shadow who wants nothing more than to be by your side. Cricket is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and about 90% house-trained — just a little fine-tuning left! 💛 Adoption fee: $450 If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who just needs a soft place to land, Cricket will fill your home with love. Story
Hi everyone. Meet stormy. She is a 2 1/2-year-old hound mix. She is up to date on her vaccinations and spayed. Littles is unfortunately looking for her forever, loving home. Her owner, and dear friend of ours, passed away four months ago unexpectedly. Her best friend has been fostering Littles since our incredible loss. There are four resident dogs in her home that do not take kindly to Littles, so she has been staying in the spare room. Our amazing friend rotates Littles and her dogs throughout the day, so she still gets her cuddles and playtime. This is not a fair situation for Littles. She deserves her forever, loving home and humans. Littles is crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, very sweet, and likes her cuddle time. She loves her exercise, so fenced back yard would be best for her. She has not been cat tested. She has not been around small children as of yet.

Story
Chance is a playful, curious and active dog! So, he needs three walks a day and/or a shaded fenced in yard. I rescued him from a shelter because he was not doing well in that environment. He’s been thriving with me but I have a senior, special needs dog so I cannot keep Chance long term. He’s smart and independent with quite the personality! One evening, I noticed he dragged a blanket from the top of his opened crate and formed another bed out of it. He understands basic commands like Sit, Stay and Shake and is unique in that he doesn’t shed or bark much. Special note! If the person/family who adopts Chance lives within an hour of me, I'm willing to dog sit him for free when they go on vacation. The details can be worked out upon adoption.
