Story
Scout is a sweet, cuddly 8-year-old mixed-breed rescue looking for a new home. As our family has grown with a 1- and 4-year-old, we’ve realized we can’t give Scout the time, space, and attention he deserves. He would do best in a home with older kids and is not a good fit for an apartment. Scout is happiest curled up close; he loves laying in your lap, resting his head on you, and soaking up endless head and butt scratches. He’s a laid-back companion who enjoys sleeping most of the day, going on a long afternoon walk, and playing fetch during his evening zoomies. He knows all his basic commands and walks well on a leash, though he is leash-reactive around other dogs, so a home with a yard (rather than an apartment) would suit him best.

Story
Indi has been the perfect companion for an elderly woman who unfortunately can not walk her any longer. I have been walking her for nearly three years and this sweetheart does not have a malicious bone in her body. She is very social with other dogs. She loves every one and every thing she meets. She is good on a leash, sits on command and is well behaved and patient even if your attention is elsewhere. She is used to being around a lot of people as she lives in a high-rise apartment building. She really is a great pet and companion. She needs another loving two-legger.

Story
We adopted and got provided professional training for her. She is exceptionally well-mannered, obedient, and gentle, with no destructive habits. She responds reliably to basic and advanced commands, walks off-leash, and recalls instantly. Wonderful with children, she adores other dogs and delights in daily walks. We seek a loving, active home ideally with another dog for the companionship and engagement she thrives on.

Story
Meet Obi @ Humane Society Clearwater A Sweet, Smiling Gentleman, 70lb blue nose pit bull with a chubby, cuddly face and a mellowed-out vibe. My foster mom says I’m a “starfish” because sprawling out on my stomach is my signature move—and honestly, she’s not wrong. I’m a kind-hearted, affectionate boy who lives for the good things in life: food, attention, walks, and especially car rides. I’m excellent in the car and love people-watching—beach trips? Yes please. Why Obi is impossible not to love: Sweet, gentle, and people-obsessed every human makes my tail wag Smart and eager to learn—I pick things up quickly and try my best to follow the rules. Playful in a fun, respectful way sometimes I just can’t resist a little mischief. Loves gifts and shows appreciation with the cutest smiles—even in my sleep. Loyal and affectionate—I just want a buddy to share life with. Obi would thrive with someone looking for a best friend + his heart is as big as his smile, Obi is ready to meet you.

Story
**Please read before sending an application**Chance is a loving dog but needs a parent to give him a lot of attention. As far as we know he could be good with other dogs & cats. We have tried meet & greets and he just barks. I would not recommend young children, we have a 3 year old great grandson and he is so strong, kids are quick and he jumps, not meaning too, just trying to play too. Chance is not neutered! As this could be a reason for many things. He does have allergies, or nervous anxiety inching. We just cannot afford medications for him. We also live in a 55 older community & it is hard with the leash law to allow him to run as he should be able to, we take him to the dog park when able. He needs a fenced yard to run and play. He is crate trained, house and lease trained. Chance is still young and could be the best fur baby. He is loving, loyal, a handsome boy and loves attention, We took him in to adopt from a friend. As he grew we couldn't keep up with his needs as needed
