Story
Chance is a loving dog that needs a soul mate and a parent to give him a lot of attention. With our busy schedules we have not been able to do that. He is so very handsome and loyal. He loves chewy toys, running, walks, catching balls & laying right next to you on the couch My husband and I took him in from a friend of our daughters when he was 7 months old. His bday is 11/5/2023. We didn't intend on keeping him, but he grew on us & then grew out of us. Chance is house broken, does have a crate for days. We live in a 55 older community & it is hard with the leash law to allow him to run as he should be able to, we take him to the dog park when able & he goes on walks at night. He has been known to bark at the other dogs. He is very territorial. We have a 3 year old great grandson & they love each other, but kids are quick & Chance wants to play, he is much stronger& bigger so he tries to jump on him. Don't recommend him with little ones. Would consider neutering.

Story
Thor is about 13 and a half years old Min Pin/Chihuahua mix. His mom passed away earlier this year, and we've been taking care of him since, but he deserves a real home. He is the sweetest old man. He has separation anxiety and would be great for someone who's working from home and wants a companion by their side at all times. He loves his toys. He is good with dogs his size, but a little scared of the bigger ones. He doesn't mind cats. Not sure about other types of pets.

German Shepherd Dog

Male, Young
Clearwater, FL
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Kygo is a handsome Belgian Malinois mix with a big heart, big brains, and big energy. He’s not a couch potato, but he is the kind of dog who will make you laugh every single day, keep you moving, and love you with his whole entire goofy soul. Kygo is playful, affectionate, and incredibly loyal. He LOVES people and truly just wants to be part of the fun. He’ll run, hike, play fetch, learn tricks, and then happily flop down next to you for belly rubs and snuggles. He is very smart, which makes training fun… and complicated. He islearning “sit,” “down,” and “wait”… though “wait” is still a work in progress (he’s excited about life, what can we say?). He can be a little extra—he gets the zoomies, he carries his toys around proudly, and he will absolutely make you laugh with his dramatic sighs when he wants attention. But he tries so hard to be a good boy, and with routine, exercise, and love, he shines.

Story
Nova is a sweet and affectionate 14-lb Jack Russell / Rat Terrier mix who loves being close to her person. She’s happiest curled up next to someone, going for walks, and having a consistent routine. Nova is fully housebroken, healthy, and up to date on her shots. She would thrive in a calm, adult-only home with no cats and no small children. She can be a little anxious and has shown some guarding behavior in a busy household, so she needs someone patient, gentle, and home often who can give her the attention and stability she loves. Nova has so much love to give and would be an amazing companion for someone looking for a cuddly, loyal little dog to share their days with.

Story
Gracie Mae was adopted from Turks and Caicos. She is a super loving dog, but it's not working out because she does not get along with my other dog and she needs to be in a single dog family with no other pets. She probably needs a home with a nice big yard. She is super protective. She loves to play tug of war & she loves to play catch. She is very, very loved and she needs to go to a very good home and someone who can dedicate lots of attention to her.
