Story
Bear is so sweet and playful, energetic, very cuddly and LOVES attention. We found him injured on the side of the highway in Houston Texas at about 3 months old with injuries to his back leg/hip and the vet said he has healed VERY well! Full medical history from Banfield Animal Hospital available. Currently 45 lbs, estimated birthday: 3/30/2025 Reference on behavior from professional police dog trainer available; located in st Pete and has offered two free training sessions to new owner. Has not been chipped/fixed as the vet recommended doing both at once and waiting until he is at least a year old to give his bones optimal time to strengthen. Expecting his DNA panel in 2 weeks but initial tests said mostly pit/staffy- not allergy friendly. He’s house trained, crate trained, and friendly with dogs, kids, and all people after proper introduction. High energy, has some anxiety that the trainer said will settle as he ages and is trained.

Story
Coco is a very active 14 month old female, she loves attention and belly rubs. I purchased her from Petland in Largo. I have all her papers, Unfortunately she needs a bit more attention than I can offer at the moment. She is a good girl, potty trained, kennel trained, leash trained for walking. She would do great in a home with kids, she is full of energy and gives great kisses (licks). My hope is to find a home for her that can offer all the love and time she needs. I only ask for an adoption fee because I want someone or a family who truly wants the responsibility. Peace~ Wendy

Story
Meet Annaliese: The Spirited Pup with a Heart of Gold! At around 6–12 months old, Annaliese is a sweet, strong, and energetic puppy who’s full of potential! She’s looking for a home ready to guide her with love, patience, and structure as she grows into the amazing dog we know she can be. Annaliese knows “sit” and is working on “off” and “down” with treats as motivation. She’s also learning house manners, including bell training for potty breaks and waiting for an invitation to join you on the furniture. She’s perfect in her crate and quiet as a mouse, though she’s a little protective if the cats get too close at night. Annaliese is non-stop fun right now and needs help learning how to “chill.” She loves exploring but is happy to snuggle once she’s burned off some energy. Annaliese’s strength and excitement could accidentally knock children over. She’s also working on her leash and car manners. She’s curious about her feline friends and needs guidance to learn gentleness. Annaliese is scared of corners and needs a family to help her feel safe. She’s also learning how to jump into the car on her own. Like any puppy, Annaliese loves to explore and sometimes finds things she shouldn’t chew on. With direction, she’s already making progress. Annaliese hasn’t had much interaction with other dogs yet but may do well with the right introduction. Annaliese’s growing every day—she just had her first cuddle session. She’s even learning to leave her ? alone (gross but true puppy behavior). Annaliese is full of love and personality, but she’s a work in progress. With someone willing to invest in her training and give her plenty of playtime and snuggles, she’s going to be the best companion. Ready to take on the adventure of raising a spirited pup like Annaliese? Apply to adopt her today! ?

Story
Noggin is a 2.5-year-old mixed breed with a big heart, a sharp mind, and a love for life that really shines once he feels comfortable. He hails from the Cayman Islands, bringing a little island spirit with him wherever he goes.Noggin is an active, curious boy who loves playing in water and truly enjoys meeting other dogs. When it comes to playtime, he especially loves to bunny hop and run around with a canine friend, and having dog buddies is a big confidence booster for him. He often feels most comfortable taking cues from other dogs and may do especially well in a home with another friendly, social dog to help show him the ropes. He’s a smart pup who is food motivated and treats are absolutely his currency of choice. That makes him a great candidate for continued training and confidence-building with positive reinforcement. At 2 years old, Noggin does have energy (as most young dogs do), but it’s very manageable with regular exercise, enrichment, and structure.Noggin can be flighty and cautious, especially in unfamiliar situations, and he is particularly afraid of cars. He prefers to approach new things on his own terms and would thrive in a patient, understanding home that will move at his pace and continue helping him feel safe and secure. When it comes to toys, Noggin is an enthusiastic chewer, so he’ll need durable, heavy-duty toys to keep him busy and happy. Mental enrichment, treats, and appropriate chew items go a long way in helping him settle.Noggin is looking for a home that understands that trust takes time, but once you earn it, you’ll have a loyal companion who just wants to belong. With consistency, patience, and love, Noggin has so much potential to blossom into an incredible best friend.***We have recently discovered that Noggin likes the pool`!***
