Story
Bear is so sweet and playful, energetic, very cuddly and LOVES attention. We found him injured on the side of the highway in Houston Texas at about 3 months old with injuries to his back leg/hip and the vet said he has healed VERY well! Full medical history from Banfield Animal Hospital available. Currently 45 lbs, estimated birthday: 3/30/2025 Reference on behavior from professional dog trainer available; located in st Pete and has offered two free training sessions to new owner. Has not been chipped/fixed as the vet recommended doing both at once and waiting until he is at least a year old to give his bones optimal time to strengthen. If this makes a difference in your interest in adopting, we will take care of it! DNA panel said mostly American pit/staffy- not allergy friendly. He’s house trained, crate trained, and friendly with dogs, kids, and all people after proper introduction. High energy, has some anxiety that the trainer said will settle as he ages and is trained.

Story
Meet Annaliese: The Spirited Pup with a Heart of Gold! At around 6–12 months old, Annaliese is a sweet, strong, and energetic puppy who’s full of potential! She’s looking for a home ready to guide her with love, patience, and structure as she grows into the amazing dog we know she can be. Annaliese knows “sit” and is working on “off” and “down” with treats as motivation. She’s also learning house manners, including bell training for potty breaks and waiting for an invitation to join you on the furniture. She’s perfect in her crate and quiet as a mouse, though she’s a little protective if the cats get too close at night. Annaliese is non-stop fun right now and needs help learning how to “chill.” She loves exploring but is happy to snuggle once she’s burned off some energy. Annaliese’s strength and excitement could accidentally knock children over. She’s also working on her leash and car manners. She’s curious about her feline friends and needs guidance to learn gentleness. Annaliese is scared of corners and needs a family to help her feel safe. She’s also learning how to jump into the car on her own. Like any puppy, Annaliese loves to explore and sometimes finds things she shouldn’t chew on. With direction, she’s already making progress. Annaliese hasn’t had much interaction with other dogs yet but may do well with the right introduction. Annaliese’s growing every day—she just had her first cuddle session. She’s even learning to leave her ? alone (gross but true puppy behavior). Annaliese is full of love and personality, but she’s a work in progress. With someone willing to invest in her training and give her plenty of playtime and snuggles, she’s going to be the best companion. Ready to take on the adventure of raising a spirited pup like Annaliese? Apply to adopt her today! ?

Zeus, senior stud with just enough gray to look distinguished—but still young enough to steal your snacks and your heart. Expert in Sit, Paw, Down, and treat negotiation, with a minor in toy destruction and pool splashes. Walks like a gentleman, cuddles like a champ, and demands belly rubs on a strict schedule. Couch, stroll, or mischief? Yes. This goofy, charming old fart is basically the full package—wrinkles, wisdom, and all.***Zeus is a Diamond Dog, please ask about the special perks that come with his adoption.***

Story
Maggie is a high-energy girl with big opinions and even bigger zoomies. She can keep up with an active home, loves toys even more than treats, and is perfectly capable of entertaining herself when no one else can match her pace. She enjoys sniffing, exploring, and when excited her play style gets a little rowdy, so a home without little kids would be best. She`s a good walker but better with a harness, politely accepts treats, and while she may be a little sassy, she backs it up with plenty of kisses. If you want fun, funny, and full of personality, Maggie is the one for you.
