Story
Aspen is a stunning 3-year-old German Shepherd, and he’s flipped the script! He’s not just looking for a home; he has a few requests of his own to find his perfect humans. 🐕✨ Aspen is ready for adventure, but he’s looking for a very specific match. Aspen's Requirements: 🏃‍♂️ Must Be an Active Family: If you love being on the move, he’s your guy. 🐕 Must have a Doggie Sibling: A furry brother or sister is a must-have for this social boy! No Cats 📚 A home office hero or someone away for 6 hours or less. He's a social butterfly who stays happiest (out of trouble) when he has plenty of quality time with his pack. 🏡 Must Have a Fenced Yard: He needs a secure spot to zoom and patrol. 🚶‍♂️ Must Be a Walk Enthusiast: He is not just a yard dog, Aspen lives for long, rambling walks and exploring. 👨‍👩‍👧 Older Kids Only: He prefers a mature crew (14+ please!) as he does get mouthy when he plays sometimes. Understanding the Shepherd breed is a huge plus, but if you’re active and committed, he’s ready to teach you the ropes. If you’re looking for an adventure partner who will keep life exciting, Aspen is waiting! Our adoption process includes a home visit and veterinarian and/or personal check. Safe Paws Rescue is a small rescue in St. Petersburg, FL so we accept inquiries from residents in Pinellas County only, please. Story
Hi, I am Celeste 💖I’m a super friendly and affectionate girl—especially with the ladies. I love playing with other dogs (boy dogs are my favorite!), though I do prefer to keep my food to myself—just a girl who knows her boundaries!I am eager to please and a quick learner, especially when you use positive reinforcement. I really thrive on consistency so I can understand my “jobs” and be my best self.My favorite kind of fun is shredding paper grocery bags my mom puts treats in for enrichment (it’s the best!) and enjoying tasty frozen veggies especially carrots and celery.I’m best with older kids and teens because unpredictable little hands make me a little nervous.I would love the chance to meet you and see if we are a perfect match. My mom loves me more than anything, but she’s having some health challenges and can’t give me the time and care I need right now. She wants the very best for me—a happy, healthy, and safe home where I can truly thrive.I hope that could be with you. 💕

Story
Rory is a very sweet dog. She loves the outdoors and to be active. Chasing birds and playing fetch is her favorite activity. The reason she is up for adoption is because we have another dog and a cat and she is not good with other animals. She is a perfect dog for a household with no other animals.
