He is very energetic, and loves taking walks, and hanging out the window in the car. He does good with children. He does growl a lot. Dog parks are not OK.

Story
Mr. Remington is about 6 years old now! He was originally from a rescue in CDA. He is house trained, leash trained, and knows basic commands. He would be best in a home without young children or other dogs. Vaccines up to date and no special needs. He LOVES to cuddle and lay on you, and would love to have a big backyard like he’s used to.

Story
Male American Akita White and brown Birthday February 14th 2024 This dog was a wedding gift to us in 2024 by my brother who will be selling him for us (easier emotionally). Appa’s name comes from Avatar the last Airbender because of his similarly beautiful fur coat. We live on quite some land with no fencing, and because we both work, most of the day he had to be chained up but he is a very smart dog and would often run off to neighbors (bc he is not fixed). As far as training Appa, while he was with us we had another same breed, older Akita (male) on the property also not fixed so he dominated the place, and there were 7 people living in the same house so it was hard for Appa to listen to one person, he does know the basics. We are devastated to have to say goodbye to him, he’s such a great friendly goofy dog. We love him to pieces but that’s why we have decided to find Appa a new home because he deserves more attention and love. In our situation with no fencing, running off

Story
Barney was an outside dog and his previous owner could not keep him due to having to move. He is friendly and super sweet but needs some training. He is 6 months old and is going to be a big guy. He is talkative while playing and loves to snuggle and give kisses. He is great with kids as well. He would be a great addition to a family with another dog that loves to play.

Alaskan Klee Kai Husky

Female, Adult
Newman Lake, WA
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Karma is a very energetic dog with some training, but not extensive training. My mother passed recently and she was the main owner of Karma. She is not spayed. Karma is not mean, but does play rough (pawing, running, jumping, rough housing, etc.) so she isn't great with little dogs. She's a very happy, very loyal girl but is not overtly aggressive to outsiders. She doesn't get into things she shouldn't if there are people around to throw a ball or give her some attention. She doesn't need constant attention but does require full, devoted attention a few times a day and the consistent presence of someone in the family or she gets lonely and bored, which is when she gets into things and misbehaves. Karma has a list of commands that she is familiar with and was trained very well when we first got her, although some sharpening of these commands may be needed as due to my mother having passed, she's regressed because of family work schedules.

Story
This beautiful young man's name is Ollie. We would really like Ollie to find his forever home, but we would settle for a foster as he is in boarding. He's 2 years old, full of puppy energy! He is amazingly loving given his start being crated most of his first year. He loves all people and is really good with young children. He is gentle with taking treats and gets along with all size dogs. (His past owner was elderly and couldn't handle his puppy energy hence why he kept him crated.) Unfortunately, his elderly owner passed and there was no next of kin. He is UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and he is scheduled for his neuter. Because he wasn't trained in his formative first year, he will definitely need training, especially on a leash. The Boarder says he is very smart, learns quickly and is doing really good in play group with other dogs of all sizes. He can be shy at first, like any dog, but warms quickly. This guy will be estimated 50-70 pounds full grown. Give him a shot
