Story
Meet Elsa! This 35-pound bundle of joy has made a full recovery from a broken humerus and is now ready to leap into the heart of her forever family! At about 2 years old, Elsa is all fun, play, and personality. Elsa does well with other dogs once she gets to know them, especially if they respect her space. She is not interested in playing with other dogs and prefers they leave her alone. She would much prefers human companionship once she gets to know you. She has a strong prey drive, though she appears to do well with cats in the home. One thing she absolutely cannot live without is her beloved toys. Whether she’s chasing a stick like the champion retriever she is or curling up after a long day of fun, Elsa brings joy wherever she goes. She is 1000% Heeler in both personality and traits. Elsa can be wary of new people at first and needs a patient adopter who will give her the time and space to adjust. Once she trusts you, she loves deeply and loyally for life. Because she takes time to settle in and feel secure, a calm, quieter home would suit her best. A busy household is not ideal, and homes with young children are not recommended. Elsa is housebroken, crate trained, and up to date on all her vetting: Rabies Spayed DHPPV Bordetella Microchip Deworming Adoption fee: $200Ready to add some sparkle and spunk to your life? Elsa’s waiting to meet you!   Furry Farm Rescue, established in 2017, is a foster home style rescue group in North Idaho. Story
Available for Adoption - Nia   The Underdog Railroad came to her rescue, when she was brought into the shelter with her leg ripped half off from getting hit by the train. Knowing she was suffering, Cara whisked her off to the ER vet for an amputation. We said yes to the mess, and Miss Nia is getting ready for transport this coming weekend.   She is current on vaccinations, dewormed, Heart Worm tested Negative, Microchipped and ready to come snuggle with you.  Nia's life before is unknown, but she is showing us just how much resilience dogs have. We see so much potential in her. Her ideal home is likely with other medium to large dogs, but probably best to steer clear of homes with small pets, like cats or ferrets.  At somewhere close to 9mo of age this 31lb sweetheart will likely be an ideal medium sized doggo. Adoption fee is $200 If Nia has captured your attention today, maybe slip us an adoption application for this cutie on the mend. Adopting a tripod really is no different than a 4 legged canine, she will be a 100% soon! ##2744949##

Story
Meet Clover Clover is a joyful, hilarious puppy with a big-dog personality packed into a small body. Full of curiosity and adventure, she loves exploring the outdoors, discovering new things, and keeping everyone around her entertained. While naturally more timid with people than her brother Basil, Clover forms deep bonds with those she trusts and is becoming more confident every day. Her expressive personality and playful antics keep her foster family laughing. Clover’s favorite activities include running and playing outside, wrestling with other dogs, zooming around the yard, digging, exploring, and following her favorite canine friends wherever they go. She also enjoys quieter moments, especially morning cuddles and naps with her people. She is making wonderful progress in her training. Clover is learning to come when called, working on basic commands such as "sit," and doing very well with potty training. Through positive experiences, routine, and gentle encouragement, she continues to grow more comfortable with people and handling. Unlike Basil, Clover is not highly food motivated, but she does get excited for special high-value treats. She thrives with patience and understanding, preferring to approach new people on her own terms rather than being forced into interactions. While she is becoming more comfortable being picked up, she may still tense up at times. Crate training has been a bit more challenging for her, and she may bark before settling down. Like many puppies, she does best when she receives plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Clover has also discovered just how much fun it is to jump onto furniture and has proven to be far more athletic than anyone expected. She may experience some separation anxiety, particularly when separated from Basil or other dogs she has bonded with. One thing is certain: Clover absolutely adores other dogs. She especially loves larger dogs and often follows them around with pure puppy admiration. Because of this, she would strongly benefit from having another friendly, playful dog in her adoptive home. Ideal Home Clover would thrive with a patient family that understands shy dogs and is willing to let her build confidence at her own pace. A home with another friendly dog would be especially beneficial. She is happiest when she has opportunities for outdoor adventures, canine companionship, exploration, and plenty of love. Current on DHPPV vaccinations, rabies, deworming, and microchipped. Adoption Fee: $350 ##2737815##

Story
Sage3-month-old spayed medium-sized Terrier mix (and something special!) Sage is a pretty independent girl and very dog-savvy. She plays well with other dogs and is respectful of their boundaries. She may try to encourage my girls to play, but if they aren't interested, she's perfectly content to find something else to do. She takes time to warm up to people and is still unsure around humans, but she's incredibly brave despite her reservations. Sage isn't much of a cuddler. She'll accept pets, but you can tell she's still figuring out how she feels about them. One thing she absolutely loves is treats, which makes training fairly easy. She's smart and eager to learn, but she definitely has a stubborn streak and prefers to do things on her own timeline. Because she's still so young, Sage is an open slate of opportunity. With continued training, patience, and positive experiences, she's going to blossom into an amazing companion. Her future is bright for the family willing to invest the time and love she deserves. Current on DHPPV vaccinations, rabies, deworming, and microchipped. Adoption Fee: $350   ##2737786##
