Story
Meet Frankenstein — part dog, part podcast host. This handsome guy always has something to say, whether it’s about the mailman’s suspicious activities or how dinner is clearly five minutes late. He’s fluent in Woof, Yip, and Squeaky Toy, and he’s looking for a human who appreciates deep conversation… or at least doesn’t mind a little background commentary. He loves to play outside so before you consider adopting him please make sure you have the time and space to take care of him for the rest of his life.

Story
Ebby” or “Eb” short for Ebinezer. Eb looks to be a mix of German Shepherd and is neutered, and current on shots. This guy had been in a shelter in for quite a while. Due to lack of foot traffic and adopters we had him transferred here. He is quiet, respects a fence and gets along with all female dogs here at the rescue, males he is selective. He would love to be either an only dog or have a sister. Eb's favorite toy is a squeaky ball that he eagerly anticipates you to throwing. He seems to love all people and older kids (we don't have little kids). He keeps a clean kennel and waits for you to let him out to go potty. He’s going to be up for any adventure that has you in it. Apply to meet and/or adopt him! He’s a good one! Please read our adoption policies BEFORE inquiring to adopt a pet. If you wish to meet a pet shown here, please fill out and application posted on our main Petfinder Page or copy and paste this link. https://forms.gle/dGz75whm2hFT2fej7 You may also submit a letter of introduction via email to angieoneill88@gmail.com describing the home you can provide. Please include such things as if you own or rent and what type of fencing you have. If no fencing include acreage. Also describe other pets and children in the home . PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM folder for replies as they end up there sometimes. Keep in mind, we are two women with full time jobs, we volunteer to run this Rescue and foster these dogs in our homes. We have families and farms of our own we take care of as well. We will give you all the time we can but, ask for your patience and attention to detail to make the application process flow smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Story
If you throw it, Sitka will fetch it. Tennis balls, squeaky toys, maybe even your heart (he’s working on that last one). This sweet boy might play it cool when you first meet him — he’s a little shy until he knows you’re one of the good ones — but once he does, it’s game on! Sitka’s perfect day includes a good game of fetch, a cozy nap in a sunny spot, and a few treats to celebrate being such a good boy (because he is). He’s got a gentle soul, a wag that could power a small city, and a face that’ll make you wonder how you ever lived without him. Ready to meet your new best friend? Sitka’s just waiting for someone to toss the first ball! :)

Story
Chilli is a wonderful 3½-year-old Lab mix with a big heart and an even bigger love for the simple joys in life. Whether he’s trotting along on a walk or stretching his legs while playing in the yard, Chilli is happiest when he gets to explore and spend time with his people. He has a playful side and enjoys being active, but he’s just as content settling down when the fun is over. When he isn’t outside enjoying himself, you’ll almost always find Chilli curled up on a cozy blanket, soaking in all the comfort he can. He’s incredibly well-mannered and has a calm, gentle presence that makes him a joy to be around. Chilli listens well, aims to please, and is the kind of dog who naturally fits into a routine. Chilli would thrive in a home where he can be the only dog, as he isn’t comfortable living with other dogs. However, he absolutely loves kids and would make a fantastic family companion. His sweet personality, loyalty, and affectionate nature make him the perfect match for someone looking for a loving, steady, and dependable best friend. Chilli is ready to find a family who will appreciate his kind soul and give him all the love he so easily gives in return.

Story
Hi! My name is Ana and I’m a 3 year old spayed female GSD looking for a home. My ideal new owners would NOT have 🐓 chickens. Ana is a member of the food of the month club with KFC and really loves the flavor. Next, while away from home my owners would keep me securely inside the house where I can lounge and watch TV. I wouldn’t want anyone to come in and steal the couch….or the TV. Im great inside and not destructive. I’m passed that stage in my life. I am also a pro at using a dog door. If I’m not left inside while you are away, I need hot wire along the bottom and top of a 6 foot chain link fence or along the bottom of a 6 foot wood or vinyl fence…..although I haven’t ever dug out so you may be fine without it. My fosters have one they got at North 40 and it works great. I heard them say it was really not a big cost. Next, I am a GSD so I require lots of head rubs and love. I get along with other dogs and I just want to love someone forever. Can you be my forever? Maybe we could just go through the drive through at KFC? To apply for me: https://forms.gle/dGz75whm2hFT2fej7
