Story
Daisy is a great companion! She loves getting pets and relaxing! She loves to sun bathe and to go on long walks. She loves to chew on bones. She does very well at the veterinarian and with meeting new people. We originally adopted her from SpokAnimal in 2018 when we moved here to Fairchild AFB. I think she may have been previously trained because she does well on a leash and does other commands such as: "sit", "shake", and "lay down". Please reach out for any questions!

Story
We've had Otto since early 2017 before we moved to Fairchild AFB. He has been a great companion. He loves to play and be loved on. He loves to climb on your lap and put his paws and head right on your chest. He loves to sun bathe and he absolutely loves to play with other dogs at the dog park. He is very lively and needs a lot of attention. We are moving to another military base this summer and need to rehome Otto before we move. We would love to see him go to a family that is active and has time to play and be social.

*** THIS PET IS NOT IN THE CARE OF MURCI'S MISSION. CONTACT PAWSITIVE CANINE ACADEMY AT monique@pawsitivecanineacademy.com TO INQUIRE *** Howdy, I’m Rockwell.  I’m a handsome bloke with a very “cool” personality. I like adventure and am looking for someone to enjoy life with. I don’t remember quite how old I am but, am definitely a young chap (around 2).  I’m currently not neutered but will be neutered before adoption. I want a home with no young children and no cats or small dogs. If you have a female dog, I would be happy to introduce myself and see if we get-on alright. I love going for walks and playing ball. Once I’ve gotten some play-time in I’m happy to hang around the house with you too! I would be thrilled to meet you and look forward to our future together. Help us get Rockwell his final family! Story
Ayo is a handsome large dog that appears to be a shepherd lab mix of some sort. He arrived to the Mission from Carbon County Animal Services in Utah when he was past his euthanasia date for lack of space. He is approximately 75lbs and has an estimated birthdate of 01/02/2021.  Ayo is seeking the atypical adopter that may not be suitable to the average dog. He is very much a one person/one family dog, and thrives while riding in the car, so his ideal adopter could be a trucker, van lifer/traveler, rural homebody that may not like to go out often etc. He wants a simple life with a reliable person.  He has learned sit, how to wait at a doorway, loves to go for car rides, aced many amazing adventures into the great outdoors, and has become a great snuggle buddy and showering assistant, carefully licking the water drops off of his person's legs. He also loves to be groomed and took the entire process in stride like an old pro, even leaning into the force dryer to get a better feel of the warm stream of air. He takes fluoxetine 40mg to help decrease his containment anxiety issues and his crate destruction has stopped although he still displays some signs of generalized anxiety like over arousal and vocalizations when contained or overstimulated. This medication is very beneficial to anxious dogs and is very affordable, so he may continue it for as long as needed, but he's made such great progress that there's a great chance he may be able to transition off of it in his future home.  Ayo has not been able to acclimate to other animals in a consistent and safe manner, so while he's still very easy to take for walks and other outings in the midst of other animals, it will be the safest option for him to be the only animal in the home. He is also very over aroused around small children, so a home with teens and up would be ideal.  Ayo's best feature is that he loves playing ball, and he's so eager to fetch that it's by and large the simplest path to teach him. Ayo also has a nice willing personality naturally which will help him learn new skills and trust more environments and people without shutting down.  Ayo comes neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. His adoption fee is $200 and includes his leash, martingale collar, herm sprenger prong collar, ID tag, food sample and paperwork. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.  Thank you for checking out our boy!  ##1472725##

Story
Welah is a pretty, muscular, and energetic Boxer American Pit Bull Terrier mix with an estimated birthdate of 07/09/2020. She came to Murci's Mission after being picked up stray and going unclaimed in Chewelah. First and foremost, Welah is the snuggle queen. If you've been dreaming of a dog that sleeps under the blankets with their head on the pillows and thrives on being the little spoon, THISISYOURDOG Welah is very loving to people of all ages and sizes, and would do fine in a home with children.  She is learning basic skills and is presently crate trained and house trained with a number of basic obedience commands. She is hard to handle on a normal collar or harness, but is making excellent progress with prong collar conditioning.  Welah's ideal family would be home bodies with a secure yard for exercise, or an active family committed to managing her manners in public. She loves going for walks, playing fetch, and she would be excellent at weight pull, carting, or other strength based sports. She's a 10/10 car ride companion and loves road trips. Welah has also been improving in her dog to dog social skills and is now suitable for a home with other balanced and fair dogs. She would still be far too overstimulated in a dog park or public beach type setting, however she's quite easy to handle on lead even in crowded areas when using the prong collar. She has met cats and was not aggressive to them but was highly pushy to them. We advise extreme caution with her around cats.  Welah comes spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $200 and includes a sample of her food, medical records, leash, collar, herm sprenger prong collar and ID tag. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.  Thank you for checking out our girl!  ##1769428##
