Story
Jeff was dropped off at our house this summer. Very good dog, fully trained (house trained, kennel trained, listens to commands, etc.). He looks really neat with the two colored eyes. We had him neutered, shots, etc. Vet thinks he is about 1 year old. He is very good with our older dog and adults but gets too excited with kids. We have too many kids in our family and will be babysitting my nieces newborn come February. Super hard rehoming him, he is the sweetest dog, just not great around kids. We just want him to go to a good home, he deserves that!

Story
Axel truly is an amazing companion, unfortunately with my work schedule he does not get the attention i’d like him to have. He is potty trained/kennel trained and great with kids. He rarely ever barks, he’s a quiet dog other than his snores. He loves his cuddles but would be more than happier to go for a short walk.

Story
Hi, my name is Barney and I'm about 8 months old.  Me and my litter mate, Betsy, were rescued by Bond County Humane Society from a shelter in KY.  When we arrived we were severely underweight caused by infestation of parasites.  We were treated and we have thrived and grown tremendously after receiving treatment.  I am friendly and affectionate.  I am very alert and watch my surroundings for anything out of the ordinary.  I love playing fetch with different toys.  I do play with Jake, another dog at the shelter.  I need firm but fair training and consistent commands since I have a tendency to be dominant.   I respond well to positive reinforcement with rewards of treats, praise and play.  I would do best with older children who can handle my energy.  I have seen cats, but have not interacted with them.  I am crate trained and working on house training.  I am available for immediate adoption.  I am neutered, UTD on vaccinations, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped.  My adoption fee is $150.00.  If you are interested in making me a member of your family please complete an Adoption Profile in person or on-line at www.bondcohumane.org.  Email the completed profile to the address provided.  A copy of our policy regarding warranties, refunds and returns is available upon request.January 30, 2026, 5:13 pm

Story
Molly is an 18 month old German Short-haired Pointer who will be 2 June 15. She is full of energy and loves to play and take walks. She loves chewing on her bones and loves carrying around stuffed animals. She is fully potty trained and is crate trained and has been fixed. She loves playing/eating ice. It is comical to watch. She loves to cuddle and loves her treats. Easy to train especially with treats. She knows how to sit, stay(most of the time) shake, fist bump, nods her head if you ask her if she wants a treat and will bow her head to “pray”! We have a 6 yr old GSP also and they don’t always get a long. She’s always growling at Molly or snapping at her. Molly deserves better than that! Molly would be better to be the only dog and have your full love and attention. She’s a great dog and would make a great best friend! She needs someone who will take good care of her and love her. She is an inside dog and has been since we got her.
