I have decided to rehome Nitro, my 2.5 year old purebred neutered Australian Shepherd. Please read post in its entirety and keep negativity away. I feel physically ill over this decision but with a tiny human in my house, this is what's best for our family. We are located in Central Indiana. Nitro has had a sudden diagnosis of idiopathic epilepsy (seizure) at the beginning of the summer. He is on medications that he will likely need for the rest of his life. The medications help him come out of his seizure quicker with less stress. His seizures last about 2 minutes and he just wants love afterwards. Outside of his moments, Nitro is the sweetest, dopiest, loving boy. He loves men and women and kids. He does jump and have tons of energy; he would do best with a backyard to run and play ball. He is very smart and knows many different commands and is very teachable. He is hesitant with other dogs and cats. I am not looking for anything out of this other than my sweet boy to go to a home
