Story
Cali was adopted from a rescue when she was 8 weeks old. She is extremely caring toward her owners. She has lots of energy, loves to play, and needs a lot of room to run. She enjoys playing with other dogs once she gets to know them. She can be aggressive to other dogs walking by the house if she doesn’t know them. She’s extremely protective of her family, and will growl, bark, and nip at people she doesn’t know. We’ve tried to break her of this and have been unable. We have 4 children and they like to have friends over to the house so we are rehoming her, as we don’t want the liability. She’s an extremely good dog once she knows you, and needs someone who is able to take the time to break her of her habits toward other people and dogs she doesn’t know. We also have a cat, and we keep her separate from Cali because she likes to chase her. It’s all in fun, but the cat doesn’t enjoy it. Cali has allergies and takes daily meds for it.

Story
I’m looking for someone who’s willing to take a bonded pair if possible; Bear is the pitbull mix, and Chino is his father (a chihuahua ) so Bear is half pitbull, half chihuahua, believe it or not . I’ve had them both they’re whole lives, unfortunately though I live with my parents now and so they are only willing to let Chino stay with me. and my ex husband is unable to take care of them anymore. Bear could be happy anywhere he’s got such a happy and loving personality. Bear has been neutered, he is 5 years old, around 35-40 pounds. He loves to be outdoors but he is also an indoor dog, he’s used to sleeping indoors. If you’re interested in Chino (the chihuahua in the picture) at all, he is 13, more of a cat temperament , he’s also used to sleeping inside.

Story
Halo is a 2.5-year-old hound mix. I adopted her when she was a little over 1 year old from the Morgan County humane society. After 1.5 years of training and trying to help her to adjust to my life, I’ve finally come to terms with the fact I cannot provide the right environment for her. Halo is intelligent and loves to exercise! She is very affectionate to the people she knows and loves to cuddle. She's a hound dog, so she's vocal! She would thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard or someplace where there isn’t a heavy flow of people or traffic. I live in a small apartment and it does not suit her well. She's reactive toward certain triggers (bikes, strangers, dogs on walks), and it’s something we are working on and making progress on. I would be happy to share everything I’ve learned with her adopter! She's a very special dog and I care very deeply for her. I have waived the application fee because I truly want to make sure she finds a home that she can thrive in!

Story
FOSTER HOME NEEDED! Meet Riley. She is a 3 year old Great Dane/Boxer mix female. She is a very happy and really friendly girl who is in need of a loving home. She is active and likes to play. She likes to play frisbee and chase toys. She might even enjoy agility training. She knows some basic commands and is very eager to please her humans. She really enjoys being with her foster mom. She doesn't seem to be good around smaller animals so a home without that would be best for her. Otherwise she is very loving and obedient. Her adoption fee is $250 and she will come to you spayed, UTD on all vaccines including Bordatella, micro-chipped, de-wormed, vet checked. Adoption application can be found at www.allcreaturesmatter.org or you can email to have one sent to you at angie@allcreaturesmatter.org

Story
Toby is about 8 months old and is a lab mix. He's not fully grown yet and weighs about 23lbs currently. He is a very happy dog that wants to play and learn. He does well with most dogs but doesn't care for male alpha dogs here at the rescue. He is learning to play Frisbee and really seems to enjoy that. He plays well with most of the other dogs. He is neutered, up to date on shots, dewormed and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250. Preference will be given to an adopter with dog experience, a good vet reference, no young kids or apartment living. He is a lab which means he has higher energy and intelligence and will need a parent who can give him daily exercise, training and mental stimulation. This sweet boy will make a great friend! If you would like to meet him, please complete an app found on the website at www.allcreaturesmatter.org or email angie@allcreaturesmatter.org to have one sent to you.
