He is an American bully I’m rehoming my sweet 5½-year-old dog due to my work schedule and difficulty finding an apartment that allows him. He is potty trained, knows sit, lay down, and paw, and is great with kids and babies. He has no aggression toward people or food. He would do best as the only dog in the home. He is neutered, microchipped, and will come with his harness, leash, food, toys, and bed. I’m looking for a good, responsible home for him.

Story

Norbert has been the best dog for the last 3.5 years I have had him, however he is extremely reactive and aggressive with other dogs and with us living in an apartment complex this has been an ongoing challenge that has unfortunately caused both of us extreme stress. I worry that he will attack someone’s dog, and that he is not getting the exercise he needs. He is the sweetest dog with any humans he meets, he is great with kids, he loves to snuggle on the couch, and he is about as lazy as it gets. I have worked extremely hard to train him to mitigate his reactivity with dogs. And while he is well behaved and trained, his aggression and reactivity to other dogs has not improved and I’ve come to the decision it is not fair for me to keep him in an environment where he is constantly in fight or flight mode. I would love for him to have a home with an experienced dog owner who can give him the time and training he needs. As well as a home with no other pets and a fenced back yard.

Story

Frodo is the sweetest, most lovable dog you will ever meet. He loves to play outside no matter the weather and is a quiet dog - he rarely ever barks. He gets along great with our other dog and our two small children. He loves to run around and play but is also perfectly content cuddling with you on the couch. He just wants love!He came from a shelter and can be nervous or even a tad aggressive when meeting other dogs for the first time but he calms down quickly and they become fast friends (he is besties with our other dog, gets along with neighbors dogs, gets to be in the “social group” at the boarders, etc). As noted, he is fully house trained, crate trained and knows basic commands but could probably benefit from some basic doggie classes. He is honestly a great dog, but as we are growing our family (in human terms :) ) he is just not getting the love and attention he deserves. $50 will be donated to the hamilton county humane society, which is where we adopted him.

Needing to rehome our 10.5 year old mini poodle, Ruby. She is a sweet and loving dog, but also a velcro dog with separation anxiety and generalized anxiety. Good with cats and small dogs, but does not do well around big dogs. A few important things about Ruby:-Extremely cuddly -Good with kids of all ages but would do best in a home with preteens and up -Sleeps in your bed, allowed on couches-Eats normal kibble and has no special diet-House trained (lets you know if she needs to go outside) -Comes with a handful of Rover recommendations for when you travel and cannot take her with you - she’s never had a bad review! People love her -Must be put in her kennel when no one is home; she does not like her kennel but, in our experience, it’s the best place for her when left alone -Healthy with no preexisting conditions, spayed, vaccines up to date -Trazodone prescription from the vet that is sometimes given before fireworks and stormsIdeal: work from home or retired, quieter pace

Story

Uma was rescued when she was around 2 years old. She has been such an amazing dog. Uma is now 8 or 9 years old. She is still full of energy and needs a home that has the time and space to play with her. She does best in a fenced in yard and as a solo dog. She also is a huge cuddler! She loves to get cozy on top of a blanket and cuddle up right next to you. That makes her a great companion. Uma is also good with kids and others. She can be good with other dogs, but needs to be slowly integrated with someone who has experience with this. She has gotten along with an elder dog and puppies she lived with. Uma is a great dog, and we only are rehoming because our toddler is allergic and has severe asthma that has led to several hospitalization. This decision wasn’t taken lightly, but we need to eliminate as many factors contributing to the asthma so we do not have to go through seeing her struggling so hard to breathe again. Happy to chat more for those interested in her companionship!

Sassy black mouth cur 1-2 yrs spayed female ****************THIS DOG IS LOCATED IN SCOTTSBURG,INDIANA************** Sassy, spayed mastiff black mouth cur mix, came back to us after being gone for about 5 months through no fault of her own.
