Story
Guinness is the sweetest dog. He’s very gentle and loving, but he requires a ton of attention. Attention that unfortunately we can’t give him at our current stage of life. Without attention he becomes anxious and pees inside. He will throw other fits out of anxiety such as moving his food bowl all around the house, digging the floor, peeing and pooping around the house. With a ton of attention, these behaviors are less. We got Guinness from a pet store when he was six months old and have been his only owners. He will be 13 at the end of September. He is still very healthy, but does seem to have some hearing loss. We don’t really want to re-home him, but we know it’s not fair to him to keep him with us since he’s not getting the attention he needs and deserves. He needs a home where he is preferably the only pet and can be given a lot of attention.

Story
RooRoo is a loveable German Shepard. She makes a great guard dog and is always alert. She is a package deal with Cooper as they have been bonded since puppies. So if you are interested please make sure you write that you understand that the two dogs need to be with each other. Unfortunately I am relocating after a separation and I just can't take of of these two any longer. They are the best dogs and need the attention they deserve :( I do have all of their gear including leashes, collars, harness, toys, food, treats. That will all come with the babies as it will make an easier transition.

Story
Tanner is a sweet, smart boy! This picture-perfect little guy is working on potty training and does very well in his kennel. He loves toys, treats, ice cubes, does a good sit and does well on a leash. His challenge is learning not to bite when he gets playful and excited. He will need training and prefers a home without small children. The vet paperwork we were given says Tanner was born on April 19th, 2024. We are not sure of his breed, but think he looks like he has some Labrador in him. From the size of his paws I would guess that he will be a medium/large dog when fully grown. Tanner received one round of vaccinations on June 3 but it looks like the family did not return for the required boosters, so he may need to start his vaccination regimen over. Tanner belonged to our neighbors. They asked us if we would take him and we agreed on the condition that they allow us to find him another home. We did not want the little guy to go to a shelter,so here we are!

Enzo is a 3-5 year old neutered male who loves to play! Playing ball is his absolute favorite but he will play with ANY toy he gets! Enzo is great with kids and other dogs. We are unsure on cats as we have no way to cat test him. Enzo is in Monmouth, IL at Warren County Animal Control but he could be brought up to the Quad Cities for meet and greets! He may make an appearance or two at QC adoption events soon! Someone is going to be so lucky to get him as a best friend. If interested, please call Becka at (309) 431-2908!
